Shifted Hours
$2,000 in repairs in under 1,500 miles!!! I bought a 09 Subaru Impreza from these people for above bluebook value because I had their guarantee that there... was absolutely nothing wrong with the car other than a cracked windshield. After about 3 days the car started to leak oil. Being that I drove 2.5 hours to get the car, I decided it probably is a loose oil filter or something of the nature because the just did a full oil change and inspection of the car prior to me checking it out. So I waited a couple weeks and the leak continued and began to leak more. I took it to a shop and they put die in my oil to see where the leak is coming from. A week later I went back and found out my head gasket was leaking. I then made every reasonable attempt to contact Shifted and receive some form of reinvestment. I got multiple estimates on the work, I emailed them the quotes, everything they asked. What did I get? No response. At this point I was even looking to just hopefully have the work done at their local shop at their fee to save me some money (I'm in college and Covid-19.. I don't have this kind of expendable money). Needless to say they made no effort to even show me enough respect of a response. Terrible customer service, extremely rude employees, and terrible quality cars. They must have a gravel parking lot because they want to hide all of the leaking cars. Maybe you guys should consider calling your company Shafted, because that's how I feel after purchasing from you.
Purchase a 2014 Tesla P85 in 2018 with an amazing deal and the car was in immaculate condition. Log over 60k miles and still running strong! Thank you!!!
I have contacted the dealer a few different vehicles, the response and enthusiasm level seems low. I am ready to buy, cash in hand and have made offers.... Met with "meh". Visited the site for the 1st time on Wednesday. A young man greeted me and was friendly, but "meh". Too bad, I am their ideal buyer. I want a euro manual....I want a deal, but will act immediately.
