Went up to buy a car from them a couple of months ago expecting a nice car from what I was seeing in the photos. Immediately upon arrival the pressure to buy was very high, excuses like “this car just doesn’t fit in at our dealership” we’re made. The car was not well detailed and had a number of issues left out of the description. They produced a lot of paperwork and won’t move on price at all despite what was found and pointed out during the test drive. They will take advantage of you at every opportunity they get. 10/10 would not recommend anyone buy from them.

I just bought a 2006 Audi A3 at APX and I can say that my experience thus far has been tremendous! Jack and Lamar have done a great job of getting me photos and videos of the car and of letting me know what little flaws DID exist in the car (it was inexpensive so I did not figure it to be perfect, though it nearly is). This is the first time I purchased a car online and thus far the process has been easy. They have been very helpful and I would highly recommend APX. I will update this review as the paperwork is completed once I get the A3, but thus far the experience has COMPLETELY taken the worry out of buying a car from half of American away! 5-star sales service! Over priced on most everything. The salesman didnt know the H2 we were looking at had puddles of oil and water under it and several other things going out. they did a super fantastic detail on the vehicle and if i wanted to test drive, I would have to come back later ( to many cars in the way) ..

Very friendly and low pressure dealership had a wonderful time with the salesman here. Max was super helpful definitely recommend coming here. Had a little issue with my headlight they took care of it with no problem at all. Thank you APX I will be buying from you guys again!!

I had expressed interest in one of there classic BMWs and was impressed with their responsiveness. They were very accommodating and offered to defer a portion of the transport cost to set me up. Greatly appreciated and as such, I highly recommend the dealership and service.

NOT RECOMMENDED. PERIOD. Everyone you talk to will tell you something different. Seems like they just care about the sale. I did a PPI after signing paperwork with a contingency, we are talking about a $40k car. They wouldn't do anything that was talked about. Apparently they consider putting air in a tire and topping off brake fluids a repair/favor. I WOULD NOT SEND ANYONE HERE. You can have a much better experience and probably get a better deal. Only reason they got my business was they had the exact car I was looking for. 3 weeks after my purchase I had more issues. Check Engine light came on and I took it to my shop (Mercedes, Range rover, Land rover, and BMW SPECIALISTS), 5/8 connectors from the wiring harness to the ignition coils were broker. THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING. They sell you a crappy warranty that can only be cancelled through them and I have been told by them that it is not easy to do. I get that used cars can have issues, but when I read other reviews that they are willing to replace tires (when anybody can see bad tires) but wont do an $800 repair on a $40,000 car that my specialists think their "mechanic" broke, is absurd. Especially when we had a contingency and they came back saying they will only cover mechanic repairs. WELL HERE ARE AND ITS MECHANICAL. The only positive thing I have to say is communication with Jesse.

I was in the market for a family car and got a Camry from APX a few months ago. I was initially happy with the price on their ad but when I got there and talked about numbers, there were a bunch of fees that added up to much more than I wanted. They would not budge on the price and give me the best deal. Only a couple weeks after getting the car it started idling low and would lose power. I’m just glad that this issue didn’t occur when my baby was on board and that I was able to still get the car home. I think they made it seem like the car was better than it was… It felt like there was something wrong with the car when they kept pushing for that warranty. I should have listened to my gut and ignored how much they play nice. Well played APX. Update: They told they were going to pick up the car and get it fixed but never actually followed through. I got it fixed but no thanks to them.

After 2 months of owning a vehicle purchased from this dealership it has been nothing but issues. A lot of mechanical issues with the truck that I found within a week and the salesman said they would send me parts that I have never received. I still have not received my permanent plates from them and they refuse to help. Ive called multiple times to try and get an answer. Read their paperwork very carefully before you sign. A $17,000 truck quickly became a $27,000 truck because of "extras" such as a warranty that cost $5,000. I would not recommend this shady dealership to anyone. Read yelp or better business reviews before you use this company.
