Used the fast lane and they did it quickly didn't wait long and it gave me time to look at the new RAM and some of your used trucks. I was surprised no one came out to me . I was there an hour on the lot, thank you for the service as always exceptional . PS I ended buying a GMC Denali the next day . I hope that the next service center is as good as yours . If not you will be seeing me again .

My lugs were not screwed in after my tire rotation.
My lugs were not screwed in after my tire rotation. I drove off the lot and the lugs came off. My tire nearly came off. I pulled over just in time.

Dropped car off for warranty work, forced to sign
Dropped car off for warranty work, forced to sign acknowledgment to pay for warranty work, that was ultimately covered under warranty. Was told by Bishoy he would follow up the day I dropped the car off. Never heard from him. I called, texted, reached out on multiple occasions over the next 48 hours with zero follow up. Finally drove back to the dealership the next day to see when I could get my vehicle back(needed it for work), was able to learn from a different advisor that the part was in, but no techs available to make the repairs. Finally got my vehicle back 3 days later with zero apologies or concerns from Bishoy about his lack of communication, follow up and not returning any calls or messages. I will never work with Bishoy as my advisor again. I was finally assisted by Emily and David and they were both great to work with.

After service, we drove the Jeep home.
After service, we drove the Jeep home. The next day after driving my daughter to school, there was Coolant leaking when we got home. To my surprise, the technician did NOT tighten the radiator cap and we are lucky it was not worse. Very disappointed
