My husband and I just purchase a Tiguan.

My husband and I just purchase a Tiguan. We worked with Caleb Klees. He was so professional and kind. He wasn't pushy or trying to make us feel bad for leaving on the first visit. We had many experiences with various dealerships and we chose this one due to our previous VW vehicles and the atmosphere created by Caleb. We test drove the vehicle, then decided to go home and discuss all our options. He was patient and kind throughout all of our decision making. We left with our new vehicle the following day and feel like we will be back to purchase more vehicles from him in the future. Thanks Caleb!

Absolutely fantastic service.

Absolutely fantastic service. Our Sales Rep, Jacob Price, was a true professional and made the vehicle purchasing process extremely easy. He knew every vehicle inside and out. We spent less than 3 hours at the dealership (including test drives!). We're so happy with our 2022 Tiguan and the experience we had with Baxter Volkswagen.

Very good vustomer service.

Very good vustomer service. The servicebt tech did a good job of explaining exacty what needed to be done. The tech also kept me up to date on the progress of my service being done. Agsin good job Bacter VW

Timely appt.

Timely appt. Great customer care and quick turn around on additional service. Great client service rep willing to take time to answer questions! My first experience here and feel confident that my car will be well serviced.

Went in to see a car but it was at a different location.

Went in to see a car but it was at a different location. Conor said he could bring the car over and I could see it the next day. He followed up with emails and texts and there it was the next day. Unfortunately, I liked the car but my wife didn't. We found another one that worked for her and went out the door with a "new to us" car. The only issue I had that I did not like was that the price was a flat price and I thought it could have been a lower price.

Baxter VW took advantage of my 21 year old daughter by

Baxter VW took advantage of my 21 year old daughter by charging more for the service done on her vehicle than what was quoted. She never received a phone call or email about the upcharges which is a poor way to run a business. Services seem ok, however, honor the charges quoted. My daughter did ask why the increase in charges, yet the service provider only stated that they made a mistake. "My manager approves the increased charges".
