Worst experience with a business in my life. We test drove a car on Thursday. The dealer offered no warranty so we wanted to run it to our mechanic before making a purchase. The employee, Jay, told us to schedule the check up on Saturday. The next day (Friday) I received a phone call from Rick, the owner. He told me that they were closed on Saturday and did not know why Jay told us otherwise. I rescheduled our appointment with our mechanic to Friday. Hours later I received messages from Rick informing me that the new time didn’t work either and I would have to wait a week before meeting again. When I told him that this inconvenienced me he told me that he “could sell this car to whoever he wanted whenever he wanted.” He made me feel like I had caused him major problems and refused to sell me the car, for which I was prepared to pay for in full. The employees did not know any hours of business nor when anyone would be around the shop. When I test drove the car Jay did not make a copy of my license or rode with us. We also knew more about the car’s history than Jay did. The entire establishment feels very “fly by night.”
