They did a bait and switch on my 16 year old son trying to get his first car. They advertised one price, and gave my son an out-the-door price. Then when I called to pay for the car, the price given by their finance department was substantially higher. I asked for a detailed analysis. They refused to negotiate and also added on a $1,000 additional fee. I eventually figured out it was for stickers they had put on the car (we did not ask them to). This dealership is a joke and terrible business.

VERY CORRUPT DEALER!! I spent $25,000 on a vehicle on Thursday. On Friday morning I contacted my salesperson about some significant but easy fix issues. Safety issues. I got a bit of run around and then was told it was handled. Nothing was done! I complained on Google reviews. I find out next day water pouring in the windshield! The glass is loose! I go to the manager. He says because I wrote a bad review he will be unable to address my issues! $ 25,000 I spent and got asked to leave the dealership by two ugly xxxxx!!! Now I find out I have to fully replace the headlamp $500 and the windshield because the vehicle is not safe to drive!! Bought on 4/2/25!

STAY AWAY! THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS! THEY SOLD MY 62 YEAR OLD MOTHER A CAR WITH MAJOR SAFETY ISSUES AND NOW WILL NOT EVEN SPEAK TO HER REGARDING THE ISSUES! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GARBAGE VEHICLES.

They tried to pull a bait and switch on me. Drove an hour to test drive a car, and when they pulled the car up, the seats were not the same as the pictures. They installed aftermarket leather seats without updating the listing and then tried to tack on $2500 for the seats at the last minute. The "upgrade" looked terrible and was enough of a disappointment to walk away just for that, especially considering it made the car look worse and they wanted to charge for it. They also absolutely do not offer top dollar for your trade in. They won't tell you until you get there, but they buy to resell at auctions. I was offered $10k for my trade-in that Carmax offered $19k for. I cannot recommend shopping here. I don't appreciate having my time wasted and being lied to.

Stay away from them...very shady! Irham the finance manager is rude, condesending, and a liar. Saw the car I wanted, shook on a price, then went to the finance manager to close the deal. Price of the car was $65K, I was putting down $50K, which leaves $15K to finance. After Irham added all these xx charges and ran some "funny math", I somehow was going to walk out financing $22K!!! How tf did the price go up $7K??? He started double-talking non-sense to me and when I called him out on it, he got very aggressive towards me...almost in a threatening way. At this point I told him we're done, ripped up the papers that were on the desk, got up and walked out. If I didn't have so much to lose in life, I would have taken out him behind the woodshed, if you get what I mean. Do NOT do business with these low-life crooks!
