My fuel door was stuck closed. I drove to Greico Hyundai and they took me in and resolved my problem. Service Advisor,Jessica Pratt, was very professional and wonderful to work with. Thankyou for your ultimate customer service.

Brought my car in for a service and diagnostics for a
Brought my car in for a service and diagnostics for a check engine light last week, 3 days later I tried to pump gas in my car and it wouldn't pump anything. Tried to get in touch with service for the last 3 days and each time the person I was transferred to was unavailable. I've never had any gas pump problems since owning the car even when the check engine light was on and off for some time.

Jose reached out, he went above and beyond to fix my gas pump problem and even left some extra gas in the tank for no charge. It seemed i couldn’t get through the calls because of communication errors. Thank you Jose for the great service!

What a beautiful car ?
What a beautiful car ?right ,the car wasn't even a year , the air conditioner come on by itself , you go 65 and the car shake, we just found out that the fan sounds bad , we brought it back and they said warranty is done , you going to spend money to get it fix , they kept telling my wife it's been a year

I was called in by an online sales representative named “
I was called in by an online sales representative named “ Cristin” after we negotiated a price on the phone … miraculously when …I got to the dealer ship within thirty minutes of our agreement, Cristin at greico Honda , refused to acknowledge that I was there, did not know what employees were working that day, and despite the car that I took out was in the exact spot I parked it a day prior … Cristin then instructed the floor salesman “ the car I just purchsed iwas sold “ within the thirty minutes she had just sold it to me ! I do not recommend this dealership … I don’t understand why she called me to the dealership … just to pretend … “ the car was sold “ within the thirty minutes .. when she had just sold it to me ? Like I said … the car was still in the dealerships exact spot I left it in … when I test drove it the day prior ! Manipulation at it finest … when they went on to ask me … if there was another car “ they could get me into “ woww just wowww … will never be back.. and plan on telling every patient I continue to take care of in this state ! Sam was very patient with me, he even drove the car down to the Providence Toyota dealer for a pre purchase inspection. I got a good deal, no added/hidden fees or any of the usual deceptions. Would happily buy from Sam again...

Very unprofessional - bought a certified used 2024 Santa
Very unprofessional - bought a certified used 2024 Santa Cruz - purchase process was OK - maybe a B - promised a second key fob - took 8 weeks and many many phone calls and messages - also - cancelled a warranty which cost $3200 - did all the paperwork - followed all the rules - it has been 11 weeks and no refund - called insurance company and they said that Grieco had not submitted the cancellation paperwork - once the purchase is done - they have no use for their customers - sure doesn't encourage any kind of loyalty

The absolute worst dealership experience ever.
The absolute worst dealership experience ever. It took approximately 3.5 hours to agree on a deal and it was a very painful journey. The only reason I tolerated this was because the dealer had the exact model I wanted, on the lot. Sam, the sales associate, was very pleasant and accommodating, the finance officer was fantastic. It was the used car manager and the dealership manager who would not craft a deal according to my request. I remember saying, several times, "you are killing me!" each time the sales associate returned from talking with the manager. The real kicker here is that the sales associate asked me to rate the experience all 10's on the survey I would be receiving. I wanted to be honest in my ratings, so rather than rate them all 10's I chose not to rate them at all but the associate kept pestering me to complete the survey. So I did, being truthful in my opinion of the entire experience. They were not happy about my assessment. I told them they should learn from this and change some of their tactics and policies. Needless to say they ignore or disregarded any attempt to get in touch with anyone, in writing. They still owe me a tonneau cover, which I am sure I will never receive.
