Im confused, before the test drive, i asked the salesman for a second set of keys, the car ran really well i loved it, i did not haggle the price at all,... when i called the service dept the young lady said there would be a charge to make the second key, she said she would get back to me about the price, that was a week and a half ago, i have not heard from her, i ordered a new key at a local locksmith , it will be in monday,, thanks a lot. Why would a dealership like that loose a cash paying repeat customer like me!

Chris is great to deal with, he's always willing to find the best day and time to bring your car in. Excellent service as expected, they're always on top... of my cars need and recommend what to do for next services. Best part is that I always leave the dealer with a fresh clean car.
