Decent dealership but they add $2,300 in dealer fees to
Decent dealership but they add $2,300 in dealer fees to their deals. They publicly disclose the $799 administrative fee but the other $1,500 is on the back end.

BEWARE OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT.
BEWARE OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. This dealership is clueless when it comes to repairs and very dishonest. Took it in to have them look a a cylinder 3 misfire and coolant leak. Diagnostics almost $250 with tax and called to say they needed an additional $1,800 to continue diagnostics. I asked what tests were performed and received the answer that compression was bad on cylinder #3 and no coolant leak was found externally. When I started asking how tests were run, the service writer told me he didn't know, he would have to talk to the tech. Calls back a little bit later to tell me they didn't actually run a compression test, just the scan tool test and that they put 15 psi on it and they think coolant is entering the cylinder. The details of the work performed were not spelled out in much detail on the service report wither. I picked the car up and took it to a different shop for a 2nd opinion. There scan tool comes back with a misfire, no compression issues. Also has 2 more codes that were caused because Capitol did not hook back up to the EGR. Put a real compression test on it, 2 psi difference....far from a compression issue but the spark plug was in 2 pieces. That explains the misfire. Coolant leak, put 15 psi on it and have coolant on the shop floor. Interesting that 2 different shops have completely different answers but the 2nd shop has pictures of the spark plug and coolant on the floor. I will never be going back to Indian Trail for service and recommend the same for anyone else!

Basically they sell cars they don't know how to fix
Basically they sell cars they don't know how to fix electrical issues on. New car, not a year old. Contacting the FTC, NCDOJ consumer division, the DOT, Tk's garage, some other prominent youtubers. Time to lawyer up as well. Anyone thinking about a CDJR Stellantis product should watch TK's garage, OC motivator, and Butta da insider on YouTube before making a purchase. A two hour job turned into to days without a giving me a car to drive, and I came from a. Hour away. Seemed like you had plenty catching lot rot.. Would compare to a dumpster fire, but people can figure how to put those out....

I recently bought a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee from CDJR.
I recently bought a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee from CDJR. My salesman, Chip Chamberlin, was amazing. He went above and beyond to send me multiple car pictures and videos of options. He gave fast, friendly, and professional service continuously throughout the sales process. I highly recommend you give him a call.

We had great experience here when we purchased a 2015
We had great experience here when we purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4 recently. Matt F is the best! He answered all our questions etc, and helped seal the deal. Definitely ask for him! Only part I didn’t really like was the adm fees (doc fees). Seemed very expensive comparatively! (At almost $800, thats ridiculous) but whatever. Other than that, I would definitely recommend.

Overall a pleasant non pressure experience, not so sure
Overall a pleasant non pressure experience, not so sure about the VIP protection, and 1 year key. Will see how that goes if I have to make a claim, but that's on me. The doc fees are very high though. Watch out for first pencil, do your research and go over fees with a fine tooth comb. That goes for any dealer. $800 dollars is pretty exuberant for doc fees though.

Will helped me with my new Jeep Gladiator!
Will helped me with my new Jeep Gladiator! He is helped me multiple times now and always treats me with respect and is patient with my questions. They gave me a fair price for my trade and a good deal on the new truck. This dealership is the best Jeep store in the greater Charlotte area. Go see Will and ask to work with TJ in finance.
