Sell lemons. Refuse to fix the major issues. Car engine was a recall that they did not fix and failed to disclose. Run as fast as you can or maybe you will get a car that has an explosion when gas and oil build up and blow catalytic converter off the engine. They lie in their contracts and do not disclose anything. Make excuses about stuff they know nothing about. Never heard of a company who sells you a car before they look at it. Take your money and have you sign a contract before doing a bait and switch telling you they would hold vehicle 10 days. JUNK CARS FOR SALE HERE.

As well as fixing the car up to the point it looked like I was buying a brand new car. My family and I have bought our fair share of cars over the years. Plus my dad used to be a mechanic so he knows a lot about cars. It’s safe to say I won’t buy just any car. But this place has a lot of different options of cars. All of them are in amazing condition it’s like buying a brand new car when you come here. And on top of that Chris and his team make you feel like family, they will answer any question without hesitation, anything with them is negotiable, they will listen to any concern you might have about the car and try to resolve it. Even when I did decide to purchase the car, I needed them to do just a few details. They texted me back right away. We were in constant communication about the car and got it back to me within a day. If I ever decide to buy another car again this is the first place I will go.

I just bought my Mother a car at Affordable auto. Our salesman George was great ! He had a great sense of humor and made sure we found the right car for her. The management was very friendly and courteous. It was an unusual way of buying a car but they did everything they said they would do. The car was extremely clean and all the service work was done. I did purchase the gold warranty. Hopefully we won't need it but if we do I hope it we'll be a reflection of how George treated us.

Sold me a car that did not have a functioning parking brake. Their mechanic admitted there was a problem with the TPMS sensors. The manager, Chris mentioned he usually sends cars to Discount Tire to repair TPMS sensors, but did not offer to compensation me. I thought the tires needed air, but it cost me $300 to get TPMS sensors replaced. AFFORDABLE AUTO of TUCSON really took advantage of my situation. I flew from Texas and would pay too much on short notice to fly back to Texas. Avoid and do not receive to anyone you will regret that recommendation.

Yea nice/knowledgeable people,but scam artists. Do not waste your time with these people. Purchased car about 7-8 months ago have put in about $5000.00 todate due to xxxx going wrong with it. When I first bought the car I had my dealership mechanics check out the car and they found the upper control arms were bad. I took it back to car lot ... Took them about a month and a half to replace those. I was told brand new Chevy parts was put on my car. Yesterday I had to replace the upper control arms again. Don't understand how brand new control arms went bad in 7 months unless these bafoons never even replaced my parts in the first place.
