This was my 2nd maintenance service...all the staff were helpful and courteous. I was in and out in about 1hr 15 min. I'm really pleased they send you a video and give a heads up to any issues. Thanks Modern Mazda...you made the process quick and efficient....from a happy CX-5 driver!!

Everything you're looking for in a car dealership
I had a truly wonderful experience purchasing a CX-30 at Modern Mazda of Burlington, and I most highly recommend this location. I learned about Modern Mazda of Burlington through a friend and decided to look further. I was immediately greeted by David Trollinger upon my first inquiry, and he proceeded to provide the best service I could ask for. David was kind, funny, direct, and CARING. It was clear that he wanted me to be nothing short of satisfied with my decision. He was knowledgeable, providing helpful information about my vehicle options while on a test drive, and he was also extremely hard-working. He went back and forth several times in an effort to get me the best deal possible. I also appreciated the site manager's help while I was there -- when it came down to talking numbers, he was clear about where he realistically could and could not make adjustments and I appreciated that he delivered this information with intention and care. Going to a car dealership can be a stressful experience at times; salespeople can appear one-track-minded and make a customer feel pressured or as if they're part of a different team. This was not the case here. I felt like my best interest was truly taken into consideration. I had been looking to buy this car in several locations, including at one location that had a lower price tag. Ultimately, I opted for Mazda Burlington for several reasons: their transparency, excellent service, willingness to go above and beyond to meet my needs, the efficiency of how they operate, and as an added bonus, the beautiful color of the car. Also, I was planning to move between states shortly after buying the car and I needed a dealership that was going to help me navigate the complicated DMV paperwork and logistics. David was helpful and timely in his communication even far after I purchased the vehicle and he did everything in his power to ensure that I would be set and ready to go with my vehicle for my move. This is a smaller location than others (compared to larger cities like Durham for example), but I would argue that this adds even greater intimacy and care to the buying experience. They do not take customers for granted and will truly work with you. I am truly grateful and highly recommend this location. And always ask for David!

Outstanding Purchase Experience
Knowledgeable, professional courteous staff. No pressure purchase experience. I will make sure that Modern Mazda of Burlington does all service and maintenance to my CX-50. I will recommend the dealership without reservation to any one that might be in the market for a Mazda.
