I messaged to get info about the murano. They replied back asking for a phone number to contact me, even though I prefer to message at first I did reply with my contact number -- I have never heard a word back from them. Sad thing is, I was ready to book a flight there next day and buy if all was good with Murano. I'm still in the market for a specific Murano

I was really impressed as being an out of state buyer,
I was really impressed as being an out of state buyer, everyone at Stuckey GMC treated me with the most respect..They are completely above board and do what they say they going to do. They remind me of those great local places that do a deal with a handshake. Very impressive. I just wish they were located 400 miles closer :)

Had my car up there four different times for
Had my car up there four different times for transmission issues .kept saying there wasn't anything wrong..took the mechanic for a ride and he agreed that there was something wrong...they had my car about two or three months.then my motor was using oil took it up they had my car 6 months...kept saving they were waiting for my extended warranty to approve the work...xx!!! So I called the warranty place they told me they were waiting on dates from them on my oil changes bc they didn't have a record of it for a year...I told them the reason that they didn't have a record is because my car has been sitting at there shop for 6 months straight...I've had them change the oil all but one time...now why couldn't stucky say that's what the insurance Co was waiting on..the just kept saying they were waiting on them to approve a new motor...so between a motor and transmission work it was about 7000.00 to 8000.00 ...now the body shop issue..I had deer damage 9000.00 worth they had my car three months. So they claimed my car was fixed so I took my rental car back and went up to get my car ..opened the door it crunched ..xxxx body shop never lined the door up plus never put a new door on...so here I am with no way home and pissed off..so they gave me a car off the lot...had it a minth or so...so my car has been back up there for over a month the motor is making a noise and the transmission is doung tje same thing as before..they claim nothing is wrong and that the transmission fluid is dirty ..tell my why it's dirty when it has only been maybe 8 months since they "so called " fixed it...I have a loaner car from them which is alot smaller than my car...I went up 2 weeks ago to get my car I was figuring that they did the transmission flush since it was over a week since they told me that the fluid was dark...so my husband called up and must've pissed them off because I've called and left several messages to see if I could get my car plus I've even texted the number that the girl said to use to get updates...not one call back not one text back...I've called and told them I want the owner to call me not one call but yet this xxxx salesman won't leave me alone about trading my car in...so everyone there you have it ..poor xxxxty xxx stucky...I would never recommend they vehicles to anyone I've been telling people not to buy there...

bought a 2021 Buick enclave there and the transmission
bought a 2021 Buick enclave there and the transmission won't let the vehicle move called for service and they said it will be 3 weeks before they can even look at it and the warranty has to go through them so no vehicle for 3 weeks and won't give us a loaner car until they look at it. how am I supposed to get to work for 3 weeks?
