Not happy

Excuse the long review but this is my experience. I pull up an hour after he's supposed to be open and no one was there. There was a lady who had been waiting since before I got there and she said he sold her a car that is an absolute LEMON. As I went to leave he pulls up so I went ahead and test drove a couple cars. They were pretty clean inside and out and seemed to drive fine. I decided I would take a chance on one and made an offer. They do not budge on price at all. Claiming buy their cars for what the sticker price on the windshield says. Having my heart set on one car I agreed to pay a higher price than I was hoping. I went through their financing with Keelser credit union. While there they ran the VIN and said the car had structural damage and the frame was unsafe to insure and it will never pass report to get financed. Thankfully I didn't have all the cash needed up front to purchase the car because the salesman said this car was in perfect condition and had NEVER been in so much as a fender bender. As the day was coming to a close I didn't have anymore time to waste and needed another vehicle. I chose another SUV on the lot and proceeded with buying this car. After financing was complete I get back to the lot and he has a worker changing out parts from one car on the lot to another. I told him I'm ready to get the keys and finish paperwork and he could barely get the paperwork together without having to backtrack and redo the temp tag and temporary registration. Once that was finished and we were headed out of the door I was no longer on his list of priorities and he didnt so much as say thanks for the business or anything. He stayed on the phone the whole time. Once I left the lot and got it home to finish giving the car a once over with a fine tooth comb (something I know I should have done at the car lot) the vehicle had ZERO oil, warning lights started popping on left and right and the car's computer started resetting over and over. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from this source again. They don't offer so much as a 24 hr warranty. Tom Bellanger was the salesperson I had to deal with for the first and last time I'll ever go there. After being late he walked around the lot smoking a cigar blowing smoke in the cars and in our faces while we looked. The office had the worst stagnant air smell. Very disgusting and dirty. Please do yourself a favor and pass this place up!

Interesting service

They have a lot of inventory, but the automobile that I went to look at had a little more damage than I assumed it had, and the interior had a strong smoke smell. I wish I had known prior to coming to the lot. It was also a bit difficult to figure out where to park in the parking lot, and I could not figure out where the front desk was once I was inside. However, the price of the automobiles was extremely low for the mileage so I guess that is a good check and balance for the entire atmosphere.
