I was not going to write this review but they went out of their way and earned every bit of a 1 star review from their service department. I think it's important that other customers know what to expect when they decide to do business here. I had 2 different vehicles that I brought in for service and the exact same thing happened twice. First I had to wait 2 weeks just to get the appointment and when I dropped it off it wasnt being dropped off to work on it, it was being dropped off the sit there for 3 weeks. I had to handle my own rental car arrangements and pay for and get reimbursed from General Motors. I had to pay out of pocket for some items that weren't covered but the warranty (programming) which I understand that. The programming issues that I paid for didnt even get fixed and are still a problem. I called in and asked for the owner who told me he would get right on it with the service manager and I never heard a word back from him or anyone else. I heard excuses like out techs quit or called in sick and anything else that they wanted to blame it on. After a month of it being there I finally got it back. Vehicle 2, thought I would give them another chance. Once again set the appointment for a week and a half later and dropped it off for the appointment and here we go again. No call backs about what was going on so I made numerous phone calls to see what was going on after a week of it sitting there. I told then what I thought it was but I'm not a mechanic. They diagnosed it and changed the front cv axle and we picked it up after 2 weeks and the problem wasnt fixed so we took it right back. Spent $800 on that trip. They then put it on me that they replaced what I THOUGHT was wrong with it (once again, I'm not the mechanic that diagnosed it) Turns out it was a rear wheel barring and back brakes making the noise that they heard the first time they looked at it. Here goes another $1200 to fix that part. That car was there for 6 weeks total and once again they blamed it on techs quitting and calling in sick and I am the one that had to continued to call back multiple times to get an update. After no returned calls I drove in to the dealership to ask them why they would call me back and what is going on. They never held themselves accountable for any of the issues and simply didnt care about taking care of the issues which I paid for again. Go here at your own risk and expect your car to sit there for a month and dont expect any communication from anyone there. Lesson learned after the 2nd chance.

RUN FAR AWAY!
RUN FAR AWAY! I have purchased 3 new cars at 3 different dealers in the last 6 years and I was shocked by how terrible these guys are as it was like walking into a frat house where no one knew what they were doing! Lucky for them I needed a new truck for business tax purposes so I should be an easier customer but upon first arriving the salesman who was working with me didn't have a clue what they were doing and I had to rely on Google info the whole time. Every question I asked on the test drive was answered with "Don't quote me on that", of which you will sign a document at the end when you buy it that literally says anything you were verbally told is void. Next when we went to the desk to talk pricing they presented the worst offer out of all of the dealers I went to including an interest rate that was TWICE any of the other GMC dealers and tried to include a pre payoff penalty. So naturally after letting them know I was going to check other dealers to compare the sales manager took the paperwork he gave me with the info we talked about on it and said if you are going somewhere else then we aren't going to try and help you at all. I have never seen this before as forgive me for being a consumer. Sure enough, Provo Cadillac and GMC was TEN TIMES better to work with but had very low inventory (I can see why because why would anyone go to National) and they didn't have the color of truck I was looking for but agreed to ship one down from Northern Utah at half the interest rate of National GMC and for a better price while joking I could keep the paperwork they gave me after said I would think about it since I was leaving town. Since National GMC had the truck in stock, the color I needed and I was on a timeline before the end of the year I battled back and forth with the frat boys and finally got the same interest rate for a couple hundred dollars less than Provo. What an exhausting process this was! There is more! Now after going through the formalities to purchase the vehicle they need to take my license to go and make a copy of it which is understandable, however, when it was all said and done they forgot to ever give it back leaving me with no license on my trip since I had to go out of town that night! Next, talking to the finance guy was like talking to a wall as he didn't say much or anything and so if you didn't ask then he wasn't going to go through it with you. Now as I go out to drive away in the new truck it was simply no more than someone handing me the key and walking away. Nobody went through any of the internal features or buttons or maintenance or anything! I might as well have bought it from a vending machine. So I ended up driving back to the service center there and asked those guys if they would go through it with me since I guess that isn't something they do when they sell vehicles there and they were nice enough to. I bought the truck later in the day so unfortunately I couldn't see that the truck had SEVERE micro scratches ALL OVER IT as they do not take care of their new inventory at all. This resulted in me paying my detail guy over $2000 to have him restore the paint and he was shocked how bad a brand new vehicles paint could look. Ironically they will spam you with multiple "how did we do" emails after your purchase including the GM trying to make you feel important but don't both as they are never there and after making 4 calls to them I still have heard nothing back. GMC should strip this dealer away from it's current ownership as it it really shines a terrible light on them as a company and again this is after having bought a vehicle from Toyota and Land Rover in the past few years and visited multiple different dealerships in the process. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS AND IF NECESSARY GO TO THE CADILLAC GMC DEALER IN PROVO!

After I found truck I liked on lot I was met by Micheal's
After I found truck I liked on lot I was met by Micheal's took me on the worst vehicle bying experience ever, I started with a 680 fico now I have a 610 because they hit my credit so many times ,now the truck quality was good except the had another detail rv shop remove headlights and paint inside reflectors to match body color and reinstalled so when you go to car wash they fill up with water and head lights burned out! So I would also get your own financing being they sold me a 4500 warranty on top of the factory 5yr warranty for no other reason than pure greed and profit motive which is worthless !! Run don't walk from here!

DO NOT GO HERE!
DO NOT GO HERE!!! We just bought this truck over the phone from CO. Saw that they had the TPMS sensor going off in the pictures. Asked them to fix it. When we got there it wasn't done. So we asked them to get us a 7 day warranty where they will cover it when we got home. when we got home, and went to a place to look at it, they ghosted us. We paid 150$ to get it looked at and no results. Its still a bad sensor and all they sent us is a google screenshot of how to do it ourselves instead of covering the repair using AI. They have horrible customer service. Mike treated us like trash when we got there.Threw a pen at me for asking about the warranty. Spencer helped us over the phone and then ghosted us when we needed help with the sensor. Always saying he'll speak to the GM to get this covered. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! Hidden problems in the vehicle.

Service department doesn’t communicate.
Service department doesn’t communicate. I’ve been there for my car 6 times to fix a screen that wasn’t working on my brand new Yukon and we had brake issues that I paid to replace and now I have to pay to replace them again 1 month later. They are the worst.

Do not buy from this dealership.
Do not buy from this dealership. Bullied into a 24% interest rate and told this was my only option. Told them i wanted to leave three times but bullied to stay. Spencer told me he would get me a great deal and doubled the interest rate my credit union was able to get. I don't even have possession of the vehicle never have they just took the down payment and ran. This is a predatory dealership that in addition to an outrages rate added double the fees into the loan. Reporting to any agency I can they need to be stopped.

If I could give them a zero I would, my wife went and in
If I could give them a zero I would, my wife went and in the beginning everything was fine and dandy they contacted her and they helped with different cars and sent pictures and where helpful but after she was approved it just went downhill we had questions and our sales rep wouldn’t answer we texted and called and no answer we picked up the car and omg it was so xxxx filthy we had to go and detail it ourselves they said send us pictures and didn’t offer anything and then the car didn’t have gas when we picked it and they told us they would send my paperwork through email and I never got I had to call and text so many xxxx times to get it omg and I needed it because I needed my VIN number and loan information for my car insurance. Then the car had so many dings and dents like maybe the previous owner had an accident and they didn’t tell me about the carfax. I started to drive it and since I have had it I already have to fix the serpentine belt and to fix the dents and there is a noise coming from the back and I had to get it fixed also like really what a horrible dealership, please people look at it before you go somewhere to buy a car.

We had the privilege of working with Spencer.
We had the privilege of working with Spencer. He worked really hard to find the perfect car for us. Even going to lengths of bringing a car in from a different location. He helped us get a great deal on our trade in and new car and we couldn’t be happier. Thanks Spencer!! Curt and Josh were also great to work with! We are very thankful for everyone that helped us in the car buying process. Definitely would recommend!!!
