Sold me a faulty car for 15,000 bucks that immediately needed about 6000 bucks worth of work which their service contract did not cover even half of. In addition to being unwilling to rescind the sale, the owner yelled at me on the phone before the whole business stopped communicating with me altogether. Don't be fooled by the extremely helpful sales team, they went radio dark when they realized they sold me a dying car. Perhaps they even knew. Avoid at all costs.

Easy and Stress Free Purchase
Randy was an absolute pleasure to work with. I came across a posting from Carfinders with EXACTLY what I was looking for. The car had just been delivered to the lot but when I called and told Randy I was interested in the Tiguan he got it into the shop to get checked out and cleaned it up, even though I told him not to worry about cleaning it. The buying process was easy and the was no pressure. I will definitely return to Carfinders if/when I need a new vehicle.

Disappointing experience
Sad to say I cannot recommend carfunders. I communicate with Zach who was completely unprofessional. I asked him for a piece that he would be able to stand by and would be fair for the automobile I was interested in. Zach insisted that I set an appointment and come in before he would relay a quote to me. I informed Zach that I appreciated his position but I was not interested in the used car salesman game. I asked him to pass me on to another salesman which he declined. If you are interested in the drag you down to the lot used car game playing tactics this outfit may work for you. I prefer an honest salesman who is willing to provide a fair quote that he stands behind. I am not into playing games with used car salesmen. Happy shopping.

Hey Troy. Thanks for leaving a third review now. When you asked me to pass you to another salesperson and I said that I couldn't...it wasn't because I didn't want to...like I mentioned in the emails we were exchanging...I AM THE ONLY ONE THAT WORKS HERE. You call the dealerships number and I will be the person who picks up the phone. All I wanted was you to come down to the dealership to look at the body damage to make sure you were ok with it before moving forward....you're acting like a kid who didn't get his way now you want to throw a fit...I have my online price for the car...so it's not like I was trying to hide any price from you...give me a break

Me and my mom went into carfinders today and I can honestly say I could not be more impressed! They made it so easy for me to buy a car. Their customer service made me feel so welcome and comfortable they are truly amazing and I would recommend them over any place in Colorado.
