Our family purchased a vehicle from this dealership,

Our family purchased a vehicle from this dealership, owned by Matthew Bernasconi, and unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing. Matthew was aggressive not only in his sales tactics but also in dealing with us after we raised concerns about the faulty vehicle. During a recent conversation on October 22, 2024, he confirmed that if I had purchased the car and the engine broke the next day, it would be the buyer’s responsibility, not his or the dealership’s. Despite his claim that the SUV was in outstanding condition and perfect working order, we were sold a vehicle with a faulty alternator. It’s truly disheartening that this is how he operates, showing little regard for integrity or customer satisfaction. We put all of our savings into this vehicle, trusting it was in top-notch condition, only to be misled after paying over $10,000. The inspection report completed by the dealership's mechanic recently, which failed to identify the issues we later encountered. If you’re considering purchasing a car, I strongly recommend being extremely cautious when dealing with Matthew Bernasconi and his dealership. You’d be better off finding a more reliable and honest source. The frustration and dishonest practices we experienced here have made us regret not going elsewhere.

2005 ford explorer

Had a GREAT buying experience at Tonic Automotive. Matthew and Karen take great care of there cars and take a lot of pride in making sure the customer has a happy and laid back buying experience. Bought a 2005 Ford explorer from them and I couldn't be more happy with it. I 100 % recommend Tonic Automotive to anyone looking for a well kept used car at a good price.
