I have been leasing with Krystal now BICAL since 1996. Charlie Albaneese has been an amazing person to deal with. He doesn’t treat you like a number. He treats you like family. He will never promise you what he can’t give you. He is so honest and will tell you if he can help you or not. He goes above and beyond to make you comfortable with your deal and will never put the used salesman hat on ever. I also want to point out an individual that probably gets no love because he is behind the scenes. Mr. Wrenroy Smith he is in charge of the finance department. He also is an amazing person. He makes you feel like you are part of the family and he goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. He also doesn’t wear the used salesman hat. Both of these gentlemen that I mentioned is why I’ve been leasing with Krystal (Bical) since 1996. People are quick to write bad reviews and no one takes the time to praise the people that are the heart beat of this company. If you ever want any help and are afraid to walk into a dealership go see Charlie and Wrenroy they will change your mind immediately and you will never ever go to another dealership. You can take that to the bank. I just want to mention one more person in the service department. Her name is Marilyn Garcia. I had the pleasure of speaking with her a while back when I had an issue. She went above and beyond to try and help me and rectify my situation. She was so professional.

I came in for service with engine light on and traction indicator on first my 2012 Cruze and left with a 2018 Cruze. Charlie senior has been selling me cars since I was about 20 years old. Always working great deals for me. Service has always been second to none.

This was the first of 5 dealerships I visited. After inquiring and negotiating at each one, I came back to bical to close the deal. If you are serious about leasing a car and come prepared, you can expect no hassles and none of the usual negative antics you may think to expect from your local dealership. The showroom is immaculate, the service outstanding and my experience with John and Dave and Shay specifically made me very happy with my choice to come back. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted. Very professional and highly recommended.

Charlie Albanese by far has been one of the best sales agent I have worked with. Charlie did not waste my time. I provided him with a criteria and he delivered. All the numbers worked out and I drove off in a new car. Their new dealership modern and convenient.

Both Jamil and Greg were excellent! Great service by both gentlemen. Jamil handled all the paperwork one day before pickup over the phone and through text. Next day I came in and walked out with the car in less then an hour thanks to Greg expediting. Would highly recommend shopping at Bical.
