Terrible experience after the sale

Do not buy ANYTHING from these people. They did me the "Favor" of changing a rack and pinion on a defective vehicle my wife and I were unfortunate enough to purchase from them. After several months of them making excuses and changing the story about why the vehicle had not been repaired, it was returned to us working normally, but upon inspection it was revealed that the rack and pinion had only been partially removed, and reinstalled and the front end had not been aligned as claimed, even though the tires are wearing unevenly. Also, several fasteners were either missing or had the threads stripped. The battery terminal was left loose and the fuse box was left open. For a $1,000 repair, the quality left much to be desired, aside from the fact that the defective part was not actually changed as they claimed. I spoke to a salesman who gave me several contradictory stories, and later to the owner Moe Nassar who was rude, condescending, and told me to get lawyer.

Took My Money

We tried to buy a BMW, we had trouble getting a loan. The price of BMW was $12,000 put $2,500 down, come to find out that BMW Kelly Bluebook was only $8,!00. No loan was ever signed, never had car in our name, and Moe refused to give back down payment witch means he stole my money. This company gives small hard working dealers a bad name. DO NOT GO THERE.

Horrible customer service

Wish I could rate them zero stars. This is the most shady dealership around. I bought a 2015 vehicle from them, needed a few minor repairs so they sent me across the street (to their certified repair shop) the next week. I come to pick up the vehicle and it’s not fixed. They have to order another part and sent me home. So when my change oil indicator came on the four days after purchasing the vehicle I asked if they’d change the oil as well. $50 oil change, the kid at the counter doesn’t have a record of my service, can’t accept visa, and got an attitude with me and threw the check back at me. I had no problem paying the bill but wanted a receipt of service. Shady. Then 3 weeks later the finance manager calls and tells me I need to go sign the loan documents. 3 weeks after that, my trade off still hadn’t been paid off, call for a week with no response. When they finally answer “the check was lost in the mail” they’ll overnight the new one. Two weeks later no response again for days until the collections department of my trade in is calling and I explain the situation to them. They call VIP who claims we should have got the check but can not produce tracking information, mailing address, or even amount sent. So I’ve paid $550 to a loan I traded in months ago and when I go in to question them the finance guy Rick asks me if I can take the payoff check to FedEx. For real?? No. Apparently Rick is the finance guy and Moe is the owner, except they’re never in the office together, Rick signs Moe’s name on a check, and you’ll only speak to one of them in a day. Seems shady to me. August 30th I bought the new vehicle and November 12th I finally got my trade in paid off. Stay away from VIP Motorsports unless you have months of payments lined up and are ready for a headache.

WORST Auto dealer in WASHINGTON! ZERO Stars

I could give this business less than 1 star, I WOULD! DO NOT go to this "auto" Dealer! The Vehicle I purchased was a dump and the owner "agreed" to fix all issues, after giving me the hardest time and run-around, but they were NOT fixed as he "said" they would be. I had to take my car to be fixed on my own, (3MOS after I purchased it) and it cost me $2000.00 to fix (I have my receipts!). I also purchased a "Service contract" from a "third party" THROUGH the dealership. My bank send a check for my all my purchases and Turns out, MOE NASSAR, the owner NEVER paid for it, KEPT my money, therefore my contract was VOID due to lack of payment. I purchased this car over 6mos. ago and still no refund! He is VERY CHEAP and is NOT a "man" of his word! STAY FAR AWAY from this dump!

Liars and Thieves

I bought a vehicle from the dealership and almost immediately the AWD slipped into 4LOW and was stuck. I brought it back to the dealership and they we're very nice about it. They told me they would take care of the problem immediately and seemed very helpful and attentive. They told me they would give me a great deal on the parts and free labor. After 3 weeks, they still had the vehicle and had convinced me of numerous problems that needed to be fixed, everything from a switch, to the fuse box, and eventually they told me that they had checked the transfer case and it was bad, that it needed to be replaced. I took it to my fathers mechanic and as it turned out they had never even pulled the plug on the transfer case and it was perfectly fine. The fuse box (that they told me they had replaced with a new one) had never been replaced. They told me they couldn't kick it back into AWD making it drive-able, which my mechanic did in 15 minutes. Worst of all my wife is battling cancer and we have 3 kids. We NEEDED this vehicle desperately. They knew this the entire time and yet still were going to take advantage of us. This is absolutely disgraceful and nobody should do business with the crooks.

Terrible Experience

Overall, terrible experience. Car (2010 Audi A4, my first car) came with a bad engine. Oil light came on after less than a week. I had car serviced and kept adding oil. Moe (owner of VIP Motorsports) had driven the car for hundreds of miles before he sold it to me, so he should have known something was wrong. He finally agreed to have it looked at by his mechanic of choice after much frustration and struggling to contact him. His mechanic said the engine was completely fine and it was a faulty sensor. They had it for 2 weeks and didn’t provide me with a replacement vehicle during this time. Within a few days after getting car back, the oil light came back on. Eventually we contacted Audi and they said it likely needed an engine replacement which warranty no longer covered. Moe’s preferred mechanic that misdiagnosed my car still hasn’t refunded the money. Moe would not refund my money for the car, only trade for another car on his lot. Also, the car is back on his lot / listed on Craigslist. He seems to specialize in high mileage, damaged cars. They are hard to reach and Moe was extremely disrespectful (when I called him to ask about the oil issues, he told me he wouldn’t speak with me). Would not recommend. Please be careful.
