My aunt came here to have them fix up her 2015 Dodge Journey SE. They gave it back saying there was nothing wrong with it but not needed a new transmission. She traded it in for a 2018 Dodge Journey and that one was rattling and had broken things inside the car and they gave her a rental till they fix it and came back acting the same. So she traded that one in and got another 2018 Dodge Journey and was humming under the hood and now they said they aren’t giving her a rental and she has no transportation atm. DONT GO HERE!!!!

DO NOT have your vehicle serviced at Sterling Buick GMC in Opelousas! I purchased my Acadia on Friday, sales was amazing! Super helpful and went out of the way to take care of us. There was a recall that needed to be addressed, so brought it back Monday for a 6 hr repair. Now they are telling me that I cannot get my vehicle back till sometime Wednesday. I got a loaner to ride in which was my OLD CAR that has mechanical issues, hence buying a NEW car. No updates from the service side, and sat there from 830 Monday till 130 before they had me in a loaner. Did I mention it was my own old car and not equivalent to what I had just purchased?? Go there for sales, but do NOT go there for service!!!!!

Called and confirmed vehicle was available. Advised I was coming in the following morning. Called to re-confirm and was then advised the vehicle had been sold. But, they had something else to offer....NOT what I wanted.

I called for this car and was told it was available. I drove 90 miles and when I arrived, a different car was presented to me. I told the salesman it wasn't the vehicle I wanted. He then said it was at a different dealership, but he would get it for me. After 30 minutes, I left. He kept calling me saying the car was coming. By the time of his last call, I had bought a better deal at a different dealer. This was the old " bait and switch" routine. I would not trust them.

Richard and the rest of the team were great to deal with. No pressure and buying was easy. I highly recommend this group. Not sure what he other bad review was talking about.

This dealership welcome you well ,they go the whole nine yards when you purchasing a car they trying to get off the lot. What disappointed me was that they sold me a car with a bad battery(which I asked for them to change)and they said no.I went brought a new one a week later.They forgot to put an inspection sticker(that I paid for)and I didn’t notice til the police pulled me over and gave me a ticket for.They only gave me one key(it’s important to always have two)&everyone was telling me they should have sent me off with a full tank of gas. I’am a young woman and this was my first time buying a car so these are things I didn’t know when I was there but just be careful.
