While Car shopping I landed on a Mercedes Benz that KC car Gallery South has for sale, I contacted them to inquire about it. The Salesman/Finance Man answered the phone and was very courteous and knowledgeable. Sasha and Sam helped me get the right Deal and great financing. I highly recommend them.

KC Car Gallery South had a 2024 Mercedes Benz GLC 43 AMG black on black with only 8,700 miles and under full factory warranty that I was looking for. Great customer service from get go and I got amazing trade in value for my 2021 BMW.

Do not keep their word. Not helpful.
The buying process was very organized and simple, they were not very helpful with issues that arose. They were oh so kind and helpful until I had an issue. I bought a Toyota Tacoma with the sale contingent on them fixing the check engine light that came on during the test drive. Day of sale, I came in and the issue seemed to have been fixed. I asked to see a maintenance report or for them to explain why the light had been on. Oh! It simply was a crack in the fuel cap, there was no report because they just popped a new on on and called it good. I left with the vehicle. Not even half way home, the check engine light came on again. I immediately contacted the sales agent. When he sold me the vehicle and shook my hand, he said something along the lines of “if you need anything or if there are any problems, please call me. We’ll try our best to take care of it.” Guess what they haven’t done. You guessed it. They haven’t taken care of it in any way. After messages saying that they’d fit me in whenever I’m available, at the earliest date, they ghosted me when given my availability. Not that I expected any help from them with their Kansas state minimum required warranty but I at least expected a response. So if you plan to buy used from them, don’t expect them to keep their word. Just be careful. Get everything in writing.

Scandalous
Horrible customer service they don’t return calls they had a different “ manager” answer every time I needed help they entered incorrect information purposely which voided my contract and they kept the down payment
