These guys don't represent the brand, more like typical

These guys don't represent the brand, more like typical used car sales. Insist you pay for ceramic coating at $800 -a coating you can't take to automatic carwashes-and they also insist after paying for the car it legally belongs to them, until you register the car in your home state (if not in KY) and you pay them sales tax.

Drove a 16 hour round trip to go get a 2019 Titan XD

Drove a 16 hour round trip to go get a 2019 Titan XD Diesel from these folks. I live in North Central PA, but they had the exact truck I was looking for at a price I was comfortable paying. I worked with Ethan and Justin in there. Great guys. They promised I'd be done in under an hour and I walked out at the 53 minute mark. This is my first personal experience with a dealer, but my wife did buy a car from a local dealership several years ago. Car was not as described, they took over 3 hours to get us in and out, and her payment was $50 MORE than promised. With INKY, the truck was NICER than described, Ethan quickly got me photos of the undercarriage as I requested. My payment was $6 less than originally discussed before GAP and an extended power train warranty. They put brand new AT3 tires on the truck which was an absolute lifesaver as we got caught in a bad ice storm on the way home. It's a shame they're so far away from us, because I'd happily deal with these guys again!

This dealership is one of the worst places that you can

This dealership is one of the worst places that you can spend your money at. I have decided to purchase my vehicle living in NC. Needless to say, I did not need to be sold as I have already made my decision. When I contacted Infinity of Northern Kentucky, I was placed with Mark as my salesman. Mark did not show a lot of interest in working with me. Half the time he was not at his desk, half the time he was not answering his phone. I believe that every business needs to be transparent with their pricing. I have agreed to pay full price for my vehicle. After receiving my paperwork for signature, I see a $999 added to the overall purchase price that read-accessory. After I inquired what was the accessory in question, I was told that the dealership puts a protective coating on top of vehicle's paint. I also was notified that I am not able to decline coating even though it was an accessory which usually means that you are able to refuse to purchase. A reasonable question becomes:" Why is fee was not added to the price that was advertised on line?" Looks like a very bad and shady business practice. After some consideration, I have agreed to this up charge as I really wanted this vehicle. Finally, I received my car, just to discover that I was only given one key. Mind you, I have paid close to $50,000 for this vehicle. I can see not to receive a spare if you are buying a used car from a small dealership for $10-$20k. However, when you purchase a luxury vehicle, you expect two keys. I contacted Mark asking for a spare key. He responded that he will ask about it. I have not heard back from him. Moreover, 3 days later it was discovered that the rare middle seatbelt was not latching and needs to be fixed. Yet another expense that I have to assume at this point. I have reached out to the sales manager ( Casey Head) who promised to look into the issues mentioned above...After, forgetting to return my emails and dodging my calls for weeks, I have not received any answers and nothing was ever solved. Thus, select another places to do business as this place lacks integrity and has poor business practices.

I recently purchased a 2024 Infiniti QX60 from Sierrra

I recently purchased a 2024 Infiniti QX60 from Sierrra and she was excellent! This process was one of the smoothest car purchasing experiences I've had. She was very hands on, constant communication and personally delivered the vehicle because I lived over two hours away from the dealership. I definitely recommended Sierra for your Infiniti purchasing experience at Infiniti of Northern Kentucky!

Vehicle sat for 6 months waiting for parts that were back

Vehicle sat for 6 months waiting for parts that were back ordered which caused battery to fail per the dealer. Yet they refuse to cover the cost of the battery after acknowledging that the battery was fine once the vehicle arrived. They missed the battery being faulty during their post repair inspection and test drive and it almost caught on fire while I was driving the vehicle within 600 miles of leaving their shop. Do not take you car here. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Dealer response

Jacob, Thank you for your review and response to your recent service visit. I apologize for the issues you have been having with your vehicle. The vehicle was not purchased from us and we still went to bat with INFINITI corporate and the reps to get your engine and turbos covered outside the powert rain warranty as a goodwill gesture the manufacture covered over 20k dollars in repairs at no cost to you. You're accurate the vehicle was here for an extended period of time due to an engine backorder out of our control. The battery was in working order on both test drives performed post repair and when the vehicle left our facility, back in your possession for almost a week and the 600 miles you noted before you started having issues. We even rechecked all wiring and charging system yesterday at no charge to you yesterday and found the battery at fault. It is an aftermarket upgraded optima battery not the Factory INFINITI group sized battery designed by engineers for that vehicle.
