I called the service department to make an appointment to have my vehicle serviced. While I was speaking to the service department I advised them that I needed them to pick up my vehicle from my house with a loaner and was told “ We only have five loaners and they cannot loan a vehicle out for an oil change and service on my vehicle”. When I was shopping around for vehicles I bought this infiniti because the salesman kept saying “ when you have your car worked on we can pick it up at your house and leave you a loaner”. Wow was I wrong for believing that. This has happened to me twice at Northern Kentucky Infiniti and after the first time I was advised that it would not happen again. I am in the market again for another vehicle and I will not buy one from them…

There was a misunderstanding when I purchased my car. Stephen the manager made sure the problem was rectified. Very understanding, courteous and professional! They are definitely willing to make sure the customer/buyer is well satisfied and please. This dealership is awesome!
