Went well but unexpectedly longer than thought as the car needed computer upgrades. What was quoted as 2 to 2:30 hours turned out to be 5 hours.

I have dealt with Kevin as my service advisor twice now with two different jeeps and he has been fantastic. He keeps me up to date about the status via text message which is awesome because I'm usually busy. You guys should give Kevin a raise he deserves it!!!

I was forced to pay for your mechanics mistake. The sales rep and manager confirmed the radio antena was not reattached properly yet tried to charge 215 for the part and another 60 for labor. This is after I already returned the car days after putting 2800 into it at your shop. Although I was charged for just the new part it is still unacceptable to make a customer pay for your mistake which was another 300. Very disappointed.
