Vary poor customer experience left messages with service advisor and never got call back in 2 different occasions. But they know how to charge for something that should have been covered under warranty. We are on 4 caravan in a row. Next year was to be 5th. But with service like that all go to Kia instead.

Sold us a car without disclosing vehicle history or condition. Has been extremely costly for us since - engine, transmission both went, our mechanic thought the oil had never been changed on it. Looking into our legal options at OMVIC currently.

Well to say the least we have had many poor experiences
Well to say the least we have had many poor experiences with Oxford Dodge. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Also, I am not one to complain but I think its important that people know what they are getting into with this company when making such a large purchase 1. I bought my vehicle from them and when I test drove it I heard a noise so I told the sales rep and she advised it would be fixed when I picked it up. So the next week I picked it up and it hadn't even been looked at. I brought it back and asked them to check and they put 5 grand of repairs under the hood which took a few weeks. They finally agreed to give me a dealer car while mine was being fixed after I had spoke with the manager. It was absolutely ridiculous as they should have offered this instead of me having to talk to so many people and state why it was needed. I would have been just as happy to have waited to pick up my new vehicle while the work was being done , and still have had my vehicle I traded in but they didnt even loook at the new vehicle to see what was wrong 2. I have brought my car into a local shop to get my tires switched and they advised there was some repair work to do. I brought the car back to Oxford dodge as I did purchase the extended warranty. They advised they fixed the problem (rear linkage, a ball joint & alignment ) and released the car back to me. 3. Upon picking up the car we immediately noticed there was a noise still that shouldn't be there. We had to state our case with the service rep for it to be seen the next day (instead of a week later) We brought the car back to Oxford dodge and they had advised it needed a rear right strut (which is one of the very few things the warranty didn't cover ) at this point we were very upset as it nearly impossible to miss a strut that is gone with the previous work that was done on the rear end. We declined the work to be done with them as my husband is pretty great with cars so he could easily replace a strut. They still wanted to charge us $150 fee for diagnostic but keep in mind this should have been under the originally fee as it was in the shop a day before. 4. My husband ended up speaking with the service manager to have the fee waived and the service manager advised that he was the one who moved the car to the parking lot after the rear linkage and alignment was done and he heard the noise as it was quite loud. So why on earth would he release the car instead of having the noise looked at. He apologized as this shouldn't have been missed and waived the fee. 5. My husband replaced both rear struts just for good measure and noticed that it wasn't the struts that were gone it was the control arm. At this point we realized that the warranty was thru a third party and any shop could bill to the warranty. 6. We brought the car back into our local shop to have the problem diagnosed and they advised that it was indeed the control arm making the noise, the tie rod ends were on their way out, and a knuckle that need to be replaced which are all covered under the warranty. Oxford dodge did not mention any of these things needed work. My best advise would be to NEVER get your car serviced here as they will push you out of the shop with out fixing the issue, and not even diagnosing the problem. DO NOT buy a vehicle from here unless you want poor customer service matched with lack of communication and a shop that can't quite figure it out.

Rip off
My van was in the shop for problems with cylinder firing. The fix was to replace a faulty spark plug and then to replace all the plugs due to their age. BUT they charged $40.00 for each new plug plus the $144.00 per hour labour charge. A complete rip off .. I checked on line and the most expensive plug I could find was approx. $20.00 Beware of overpriced parts here!!!!

Worst place ever to take your vehicle for service.
Worst place ever to take your vehicle for service. I was charged $500 to change one calliper on my van and they didn't even change the bracket, left the old broken pads on and told us it would be another $500 for one set of pads. amateur mechanics , I ended up going to another garage after wasting my money and time for a half xxx job. Will never buy anything from Dodge again. So angry!

Excellent Staff
I was in a car accident in June 2022. I was rear end while at a complete stop. My insurance company sent my car to Oxford Dodge collision center. They were the only good thing about the whole sad experience. The tow company held my car hostage for six weeks before finally releasing it to Oxford Dodge, my insurance adjuster has been Mia and incomunicado throughout, but the staff at Oxford Dodge was amazing. They were always kind and gave me as much information as possible each and every time I called them to see if my car had been brought in from the tow company yet. When the paint on the new bumper immediately started to peel, they were great. Although we had to wait for the new bumper to come in, they arranged to have it painted and ready to go for my appointment. I was in and out inside 30 minutes with a new shiny bumper. I can't say enough good things about the staff there!

trade in
Had a deal with sales rep Simon and used car manager for a trade in. I turned down a deal with private sale because of Oxford Dodges offer. The day before I was going have my car inspected, I received a call back saying they are backing out of the deal unless I trade in my car and purchase a vehicle from them.
