Salesman and Finance were very knowledgeable and helpful. We never felt pressured to buy. The price was very competitive from the start. The whole deal was done over the phone due to us living 400 miles away. They were willing and pleasant to deal with. Some dealerships weren’t. We are very satisfied with the overall experience.

George was by far an excellent salesperson. He worked with me on my trade-in and got me a good deal. Made sure that he went over all the details of my new car and even set up my phone so that my service would transfer over under the Blue link app.

Alyssa and Mountain View Hyundai were a pleasure to deal with. We called a day prior and had inquiries on a vehicle. We set an appointment for the next day. When we arrived Alyssa gave a very warm greeting and we were off. Her knowledge of the vehicles was very valuable in making our decision. No pressure or hard sell at all. The dealership gave us a great trade in on our vehicle also. From start to finish the process was seem less. We highly recommend for a pleasant buying experience.

Josh the general sales manager was supposed to call my husband back today, my husband Fred spoke to him in reference to the refund check that I was supposed to receive. They sent it to Hyundai Finance when my car was paid off in November 2024. It stated it on the cancellation document that my car was NOT financed. No call back today, so my husband called today @ 3:05pm left him a voicemail no return call what a JOKE of a dealership. Have had a problem with the Bluetooth since day one. I call out hands feee no one can hear and I cannot hear them. It’s funny how Josh could call after sixteen minutes after this was posted! First and last time I buy from Mountain View Hyundai or any other dealership they own. I will buy out of state first!

Great dealership with people who are very knowledgeable and willing to work with us to get the car we wanted for the price and payment that we were looking for after going to several other dealerships and leaving empty handed. Lexi Simpson was our sales person, she listened and cared , she tried to get the vehicle into our budget and succeeded. I would recommend her to anyone.
