The worst customer service!

The worst customer service! The managers are a joke! Bought 25th Anniversary Edition Yukon Denali. The Blacked Out Parts were not on the car when purchased. Was told could keep the chrome parts and the black parts when they arrived……Dealership took chrome parts off 2 months later, refuse to return them & have yet to receive all the black parts. Joe & Jason (the managers) have yet to return calls. Had no problem returning calls when we were spending $96,000 at their dealership or when they were calling me at work, begging for a good review! Ha! The place is a joke! I’m embarrassed to be driving around in a GMC now.

I was able to get all of my services taken care of.

I was able to get all of my services taken care of. Looking forward to having my vehicle serviced by the dealer again so that I can have the right type of work to be done.

Outstanding Service Experience with Ryan at Parks Buick Greenville! I had a fantastic experience at Parks Buick in Greenville, thanks to Ryan! From start to finish, the process was smooth and efficient. Check-in was quick and easy, and Ryan made sure everything was clearly explained. My vehicle was serviced for an oil change, tire rotation, and brake inspection—all completed promptly and professionally. What really stood out was the digital printout I received, detailing the inspection results. It gave me peace of mind knowing exactly what was done and the condition of my vehicle. Ryan was courteous, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt valued as a customer. Highly recommend Ryan and the team at Parks Buick for anyone needing reliable service and top-notch customer care. I’ll definitely be returning!

8/16 bought the ford expedition from Parks Buick GMC

8/16 bought the ford expedition from Parks Buick GMC 8/19 issues starting the car, has to take it back and the cam phasers needed to be replaced at Fairway Ford. 8/29 picked the car up with new issues- rough idle and strong vibration. Brought the issue up and was told it was normal. 9/26 called Ford due to vibration and idle becoming a strong shake- they said all was fine, getting used to new parts and no other issues when they serviced it. 10/9 called Parks about issues and was told to take the car back to Ford, they kept it 10/9- 10/14. Stated no issues, no lights, everything was normal due to turbo on car. 10/15 i sent multiple videos of issues with the car to Parks, Jason responded 10/17 that he would look at it 10/21. 10/21 Jason said nothing was wrong with the car. 10/26 car was having more issues going into gear and making loud popping noises. Sent video to Jason with no response. 10/31 car broke down in middle of the road. Towed to parks and sat until 11/14. Went to ford for Jason to decline the repair and take it to Brown’s. Picked the car up 11/22 with still issues, Jason refused help due to 90 days expiring. 11/23 engine light is back on and again Jason declined help or advise on issues. 11/26, car is back at Brown’s being diagnosed. If you want a dependable, drive-able car, don’t come here. Only thing you get from this place is a headache and a car to make payments on that you never get to drive.

The “Parks Promise” is a joke.

The “Parks Promise” is a joke. We purchased a Yukon from them December 2023, we didn’t receive our registration until the end of March 2024. Something we were promised would only take a few weeks. During this time, my husband was issued a ticket for a “fictitious tag” because the license plate was still registered to our vehicle that we traded in. Steven Raines was supposed to be giving us updates, which he did not. It wasn’t until Tony Triplett got involved, that anything got resolved. Now I have been waiting 2 weeks for Steven Raines to return my call about a service concern and nothing. We had our Yukon one time for service and are still cleaning grease off of our car. It was all over the interior and exterior from the technicians hands. We have also been finding miscellaneous trim pieces that are still off or not secured after they tried to find a washer fluid leak. If you are expecting any level of customer service, take your business elsewhere.
