I was very fortunate to have Shelli Payne work with me

I was very fortunate to have Shelli Payne work with me through this purchase. She was extremely knowledgeable about the XT6 Sport that I went there to look at and purchase. It is always a pleasure to work with someone who is so professional. She took her time going over all the accessories that are on the vehicle that I purchased. This was very important since my last vehicle, XT4, had few accessories.

I purchased my Buick in 2021 and I have it serviced at

I purchased my Buick in 2021 and I have it serviced at the dealership. Jessica has been excellent at getting me in and out because in retirement Pam and I are a one car family. Jessica did an excellent job just recently, Hat Tip to the mechanic and the shuttle drivers, John Henry and Noah. My Service Dog Jack loves the place. Scheduling was also excellent. Liam Holliday

We have purchased several vehicles from them over the

We have purchased several vehicles from them over the years. The last one was a used truck which we also purchased an extended warranty . After several issues with the extended warranty we decided to cancel it. We returned to the dealership and did the paper work to cancel it. After waiting several months we did not receive the refund. We returned to the dealership to find out that they never finished the processing of the refund. After about seven month we have not received our money back. Did step one just keep it? Never again Step One. In fairness we do like the service department.

Great customer service.

Great customer service. Salesman didn’t have what I wanted but had a model higher. He fought the good fight to get me into it but at the end of the day I just couldn’t afford it. Facility was clean, test drive was great, friendly atmosphere.

That is how you earn someone's business! Tyler Brush is the man! He found the truck I wanted for the price I needed. BGCP knows how to treat their customers. They gave me top dollar for my trade, more than anyone else from Crestview to Pensacola. Tyler sent pictures, a video, highlighted any imperfections (there weren't many) and acted as a consumate professional from start to finish. And that's not it, the finance department didn't jerk me around at all. I said where I wanted to be with the numbers and they got me there. If you are in the market for a new vehicle I highly recommend stopping by or checking out their website. See something you like? Ask for Tyler and you'll see what I'm talking about!

I spent an entire day trying to purchase a vehicle with

I spent an entire day trying to purchase a vehicle with them over the phone and texting. It was like they had no desire to sell the vehicle to me or help in any way at all. After monopolizing my entire day I finally received a text late in the evening telling me that they had sold the vehicle. I guess honesty and professionalism is just too much to ask for from this dealership. Wish I had come here first to read the reviews. If I had, then I never would have contacted them in the first place. I recommend you steer clear of this dealership!
