That is how you earn someone's business! Tyler Brush is the man! He found the truck I wanted for the price I needed. BGCP knows how to treat their customers. They gave me top dollar for my trade, more than anyone else from Crestview to Pensacola. Tyler sent pictures, a video, highlighted any imperfections (there weren't many) and acted as a consumate professional from start to finish. And that's not it, the finance department didn't jerk me around at all. I said where I wanted to be with the numbers and they got me there. I spent an entire day trying to purchase a vehicle with

I spent an entire day trying to purchase a vehicle with them over the phone and texting. It was like they had no desire to sell the vehicle to me or help in any way at all. After monopolizing my entire day I finally received a text late in the evening telling me that they had sold the vehicle. I guess honesty and professionalism is just too much to ask for from this dealership. Wish I had come here first to read the reviews. If I had, then I never would have contacted them in the first place. I recommend you steer clear of this dealership!

Tried for two weeks to get a proposal for a new Sierra

Tried for two weeks to get a proposal for a new Sierra from this dealership. Went in person, called and emailed, no response. Talked to two different salespeople. Dealership appears to be clueless and not interested in making a sale.

I have never been treated so badly trying to buy a car.

I have never been treated so badly trying to buy a car. Even the finance manager made a snarky comment about the brand of used car we were purchasing because we didn’t buy the warranty package for him to make commission off of. He also tried to get us to sign papers without even telling us what our monthly payments were or finance charges. I will never purchase from them again. If I had it to do over agai. I would have told them to keep their car

Not an Honest Dealership.

Not an Honest Dealership. They won’t Honor their sales Adverts. Also can’t detail a vehicle. Truck had a smell of Cigars. 3 times they tried to remove this smell and could not. Dealership after trading 2 vehicle for one, Failed to pay off both vehicles. Salesman would not enter correct pay off estimate, and when provided with accurate 14 days pay off: they did not correct pay off. Went back 2 months later. Had a flat tire, off all days when I had a Doctors appointment at the VA. Per Sales Manager, Spare Tire is Optional. This Dealership charges the customers Dealer Prep Fee’s. We paid to have it detailed, replace windshield, and program spare Keyfob and cut key. In 40 plus years off buying and trading vehicles, I have never experienced this treatment.

Have reached out thru BBB, now Dealer Rater. Was asked to give you a 4 try to detail the truck. Took me 3 months to get rid of the cigar smoke. I quit smoking almost 17 years ago. Maguires auto detail, and a bottle of Febreeze with some elbow grease removed that stench. Mr Branford requested the fourth detail, said crew had been fired. 3 tries was enough to have done the Job. Had we known your folks could not keep their word, we would have gone to another dealership. What broke the Camels Back was that Lady’s attitude. Spare Tire are “OPTIONAL”! Been to several Dealerships in area. They say they won’t sell a vehicle at $32,000 without a spare. I asked thru my BBB complaint for the money I lost due to vehicle payoff was not met. Mr Hansel was told repeatedly to write deal as if we owed $15,000 per the 2 Trade-ins. The following Monday, I took the account numbers in with the 14 day payoff’s. No one contacted us to amend the contract, NO ONE took an interest. I stopped by and had my 3 car to meet the difference in the payoff. That should never have happened. Truck is running amazing. Feel as if this dealership was not Honest with us. The Extra in Payoff we were going to apply towards a Repair Program. Why was the contract not amended? Where is the spare tire and rim for this truck? Why should we Trust you and Step One Automotive Group?

I've been on the hunt for a used Yukon, low mileage, best price for about 6 months now and no one even came close to the price they gave me at Buick, GMC, Cadillac in Pensacola, Fl. Mr Pink went above and beyond to make my experience great and we worked out a deal in less than 2 hours basically over text message! The car was delivered to my house the following day. Lexi was also amazing and so easy to work with! My experience was flawless. 10 out of 10 thanks to Mr. Pink and Lexi!

I was contacted by this dealer today regarding a Kelly

I was contacted by this dealer today regarding a Kelly Blue Book (KBB) cash offer that I placed. Mind you, they called me pretty much bagging me to come to thief store first because they could provide me the cash offer of $12,800 if my 2009 Infinity G37 checked out as I had described on KBB. Well my car checked out as described and was told how nice of a car it was but they offered me $8,000. Left their facility and went across the street to EchoPark and lo and behold I received a check for $12,800. If a dealer is going to use the KBB cash offer program they need to honor that estimate provide vehicle inspection reveals what was disclosed. Very dishonest people working here who are obviously praying on people who they think are desperate to sell. KBB will be made aware of the behavior as well. One dealership that I will drive on to that’s for sure.

Brought my GMC in for an oil change and tire rotation.

Brought my GMC in for an oil change and tire rotation. 2.5 hours later I’m still waiting for the truck. I was on time and told maybe 1.5 hours total. I’ve traveled all over the country and I can assure you this is the longest this service has ever taken. If I lived here I would find a different service department. The service writer was Clifford polite but he wasn’t the tech working or not working on the truck.
