The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I tried to book service online and it showed no openings for 10 days out. I called and spoke with Max and was able to get in the next day. you should fix your online scheduling for customer convenience

When I purchased my truck I was told I would receive 2yrs of free oil changes or up to 24000 miles of oil changes. 8 was charged for my fourth oil change in this time period at a milage of just over 21300. They would not honor the 2yr 24000 policy and began to tell me that the oil change intervals are typically around every 7000 which no service tech would recommend, let alone they told me to change the oil every 6000 max. Very disappointed in this dealership from purchase to maintenance of my truck.
