My wife and I were shopping for a vehicle and deciding between new vs. used. Raisor Automart happened to have a used unit of the model we were looking for so we headed in to look at it and have a test drive. Absolutely no nonsense - they took a copy of my DL, handed me the key fob and said see you when you get back. We took the test drive, liked the vehicle, but were still decided between new vs. used (or even we were going to purchase at all) so we let them know we'd let them know (LOL!). About a week went by while we decided, and we finally decided to go with their car. At no time did they call, email, or anything - no pressure at all! We went in and let them know we had a specific figure in mind, and a specific amount we needed to get on our trade. They more than met those numbers, and since we were pre-approved via a finance company (a bank we have multiple accounts with), that process was super easy and fast, as they work directly with said bank. We were out of there in just about an hour. Have you ever been in and out of a car buy that fast? I haven't. While we were looking over the car, we were unsure if of the oil change status, so they just said no big deal, bring it back next week (this was on a Friday) and we'll take care of it and give you a car to use while we do. All on a handshake (or a non-handshake...COVID and all). We brought the car back yesterday and true to their word they had a loaner ready and are taking care of our car's oil and fluids. If you're looking for a used vehicle...start here!

I came to look at 2 vans (with an appointment). Had to wait quite a while then one van had to be jumped to start and the other couldn’t be driven because flat tire. Both looked in very poor condition- nothing like the description. Service poor. I was just pointed in the direction to find the vans myself. Won’t be coming back here again. Poor service. Poor vehicle quality.

The dealership responded quickly to my online inquiry. The no pressure sales staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

We drove from Illinois to visit this dealer after seeing their inventory online. Great place to buy a used car. Staff was very helpful and made the process quick and easy. Great financing available as well. Only down side was that the detailing on the inside of the car left a bit to be desired. Vents and crevices were very dusty when we took our car home but they did give the outside of the car a wash.

My wife and I were looking for a family SUV or minivan and found several vehicles in Raisor Automart with pretty nice prices through Cars.com. So we made an appointment with Suzi and drove there on one Saturday morning. Most used vehicles here are within 2-3 years' range. No one pushed us to buy anything and we were given enough time to test one 2018 Nissan Pathfinder, one 2015 Toyota Sierra and one 2015 Honda Odyssey. Finally we decided to buy the 2018 Nissan Pathfinder. Since the price of this make and model is already the lowest we could find on Cars.com within 150 miles, we didn't spend much in negotiating. The transaction was quite smooth and we drove the SUV back in the afternoon.
