To add to my previous review about 3 days ago I purchased an 2015 Buick Enclave which I noticed 3 things wrong with it check engine light, hesitation and clicking noise I dropped off car for repairs 2 days ago I was told by John car was done and ready for pick up today 3-2-2022 I went to get car check engine light was off but same hesitation.. I was told by John to speak with the owner frank which he was very nice and a pleasant to speak with.. however from Frank’s understanding he was told I only complained about a check engine light which was fixed .. but wasn’t told about an hesitation however frank assured me he will personally take my vehicle to get the hesitation fixed on Tuesday which will be march 7th 2022 ..he was very convincing and I’m taking his word as an man .. hopefully this will be resolved soon .. however not sure if frank actually do the car selling but any problems with his car inventory I believe he stands behind his word and business. And will keep the customers satisfied with there purchase.. I’ll be back with another review with an update of the repair of my vehicle.

Please I can’t stress this enough spend your money elsewhere where people actually cares and stand behind there warranty policy ! JOHN IS THE WORST!! SO BAD YOU WONT THINK HES HUMAN!!!! But nothing never good comes for people like him Smh.. HE WILL GULP YOU UP CHEW YOU UP AND SPIT YOU OUT AFTER HE GET HIS SALE/ MONEY SMH AND PLEASE THE PRICE THATS ONLINE MAKE SURE BEFORE YOU SIGN THE PAPERS ITS THE SAME PRICE !!!JOHN WILL ADD EXTRA $1000-$ 3000 if your not paying attention!

Please avoid this company any way you can. They are SCAMMERS and they did scam me out of $320.00. If you don't want to be scammed, stay away

Called in for a test drive appointment, spent 40 min and tolls to get there. They decided to leave the car blocked in with barely and room, dirty, no preparation, car was making a lot of bad engine noises and wanted us to agree on a price before we even knew how it drove! On top of that they claimed that appointment was made to a "call center" and cant be held responsible for following through, yea right... Do yourself a favor and don't deal with this place... just another typical shady dealer full of liars...

Very bad service not honest at all takes people money, be sure your car is checked before u buy jhon promises u the world n rips u off

Give u the run around lie to your face cleared a code on the car n sold it to me was code oxygen sensor was wondering why wouldn't let me start the car up or test drive in which jhon said several times that code faulty emissions just got the car gotta take it for inspection that light stays on so they had to have cleared it before selling n actually had me driving the car before check clears with in 30 days not right wrong is wrong n right is right how do u sell cars n take people money n screw them over regarding your policy should not be selling cars to people,you gain. People trust by being honest in otherwise why even put the car on your lot for sell in the first place.

Great place, Kathy is super sweet and helpful. John and Frank help out so good. They had a Honda Odyssey there, we didn't like so much, in 2 days They got me and my wife another used Honda Odyssey black on black and it was perfect, we loved it. They were as excited for us as we were. I would recommend to anyone.
