Never Use GMC O'Meara
This is honestly the worst customer experience I have ever had with any company in my lifetime. I leased a car from Grand GMC and then Grand GMC was purchased by O'Meara. Ever since then, my experiences have been nothing but awful. Let me focus on what most recently occurred. My lease was ending. Their sales person AJ Hines was not very responsive at all in answering my questions. I reached out in May but after weeks of waiting for AJ to answer my questions I finally was able to complete the credit application in August Once I completed that application I was the most important person to AJ for about 12 hours until I signed my paperwork. Once AJ got paid he again stopped answering my calls and texts with questions. O'Meara still has not sent my lease buy out payment to GMC and my credit is now going to be affected. They had over 45 days to do this and when I call they say they will look into it and then I never get an update. I have left messages at the main sales line for O'Meara and haven't been called back. Then to top it off they gave me incorrect advice about the renewal of my license plates which resulted in me having to pay a late fee to renew my license plates. I work in sales and this is the work sales experience I have ever had. I would avoid O'meara completely if you are considering purchasing a car as clearly all they care about is themselves getting paid and they do not care about taking care of their customers.
Avoid at all costs
Worst car buying experience I have ever had by far and I have bought my share of new cars. The salesperson Billy was great, very thorough and knowledgeable, and we really felt comfortable with him, then we started to deal with the finance people. It took almost 3 hours with them. They advertised a price and payment on their web site but they put a deal in front of us that was for 6 years at over $900 per month for a 35 thousand MSRP car. We told them we wanted the advertised deal but they kept lowering the price and payments a little bit and seeing if we would bite. We got fed up and were leaving when all of a sudden the price and payments advertised were offered. The only reason we went through with the deal was the car had a unique set of options and there were no others in the state with that set of options. We should have just ordered a new one from another dealer and waited 2 months. Avoid this dealer at all costs. The experience was more painful than listening to a year of their owner’s commercials. Buick should revoke their dealership.
Don't even think about it!
Worst car buying experience ever, for me. Typical high pressure sales process and you are much better served going anywhere else. Less than honest and pass you on to the next guy. Staff was friendly, but what do you expect when all they want is to sell you a car. No integrity, even though i gave them multiple opportunities to make some effort to make it right. BUYER BEWARE!
