Kim M is the best thing since slice bread. She’s always there to help myself and my wife whenever we need her. The entire service staff there is the best I’ve ever dealt with Warren, Sean, Lisa are always there for my wife when I can’t be. And I’m forever grateful. I was very disappointed with the professionalism from

I was very disappointed with the professionalism from this dealership. I brought in my truck which I purchased from that dealership five years prior with engine trouble and front end trouble. They said that they could fix the truck, but they needed some parts and that they had to diagnose the engine problem. When I went in to talk about the engine problem, I decided that this was the third engine in the truck, which is very frustrating to deal with, and I decided to just trade in the truck and get a new one from the dealership. When the sales person said that they could not give me any money back from the parts that were ordered and that I essentially paid for those parts, I was very disappointed. I spoke to the owner, and he just gave me a bunch of lip service. I will never buy another truck from your dealership again. Between me and my family members, we have bought probably 10 vehicles from your dealership in the last 10 years.

I was referred to Joe A from Bedford Chrysler Jeep by my son in law who recently had an amazing experience and purchased a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Prior to reaching out to Joe, I had visited a few local jeep dealers in my area so I knew exactly what vehicle I wanted, the extras I was looking for and the color I was interesting in. Within minutes of connecting with Joe, I knew I would be buying my car from Bedford Jeep. He not only gave me the best price around, but was very professional, answered all my questions, explained everything in detail and located exactly the vehicle I was looking for. 90 % of the paperwork was completed before I even stepped into the dealer.
