To Buick GMC of Salisbury I had my 2017 Buick Enclave

To Buick GMC of Salisbury I had my 2017 Buick Enclave towed to Hertrich Buick GMC of Salisbury, spending $200 just to get it there. They diagnosed my issue as a faulty power steering rack and quoted nearly $4,000 for the repair—mainly because GMC insists on using their own parts, which my warranty doesn’t fully cover. Because of the high cost, I got a second opinion elsewhere. That mechanic correctly diagnosed the issue as a bad rear differential—not the power steering at all. I called Hertrich’s general manager to discuss the misdiagnosis and was told that if I got it fixed and brought it back to them for a personal test drive, they might refund me. After I left an honest negative review, I called again, and he told me that because of the review, they were no longer even considering a refund. Later, he called me back and said if I removed the review, they’d give me a refund after all. Then just hours later, he called again saying they changed their mind completely—no refund, and that he would get my review taken down. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience, both mechanically and professionally. Be careful taking your vehicle here—especially if you expect fair treatment or accountability

Awesome!!

Good morning, It was time for me to get a new car, I had a specific car & price in mind and went to the dealership. Awesome service, friendly salesman( Navraj Thapa). Everything you could possibly when you want to buy a new car, even the wait time was great. In and out with 2 hours you can’t beat that. Anyone looking to buy a new/ used car should definitely stop by there first.

Broken Antenna

My garage door did not go up completely and tore off my antenna. I stopped by my dealership and asked if they could fix it. Lizzie was so helpful and got me an appointment within a few days. It was repaired quickly and perfectly. They always are so accommodating and friendly.
