Great staff!
Great staff! Fair deal. I will say that attention to detail is lacking. I drove 8 hours to pick the truck, when i got there the headlight wasnt working and an airbag light was on. I waited 3 hours to try to fix it. Headlight was fixed but not the airbag. But when i signed the papers for the truck. I got the truck with an empty fuel tank, dirty, and 30% engine oil life left. I paid almost $60K for the truck, figured the 3 main things would have been done.

Hate to bash a company like this.
Hate to bash a company like this. I normally don’t do this, but I would recommend staying away from this company. They weren’t top-notch dollar for their car. I have bought three of them from them and the amount of money that they offer you back for trade-in for another one is ridiculous, my last car from them a couple years ago tried to trade in today. Unbelievable what they offer once you buy a prior salvage title. You pretty well have no other choice but to keep trading with them because you cannot sell them I think that they should try to take a little bit better care of a customer that has lot three of them from them, but they don’t even try. They don’t care , stay away from this company And do not reply back to me, saying that you normally do not deduct business like this because it is obvious that you do I have tried to talk to you about the do not try to do anything about it if you have something to say my name is Jason NEWELL you can contact me. I am very disappointed with your business.

Bought a 2500 RAM Limited for $54500 I will preface this review by stating that this was my 5th rebuilt vehicle I've bought, so I'm not new to the process, nor am I naïve to the fact of what I'm getting into. That being said, i would highly recommend staying away from this dealership, or making sure you bring a 3rd party mechanic, and body guy with you, because either they dont care about customer relations, or they hire people that are full of xxxx. I also will state i have all screenshots and texts of the dealership telling me truck was 100% PERFECT, NICEST TRUCK ON THE LOT, yada yada. If that was the case id hate to see what other garbage they're trying to sell. So 1 the salesman waited until i had purchased the plane ticket as a was flying from NY to Benton and driving the truck 15 hours 1000miles back home, to tell me the check engine light was on. He told me it was due to O2 censor and repeatedly told me this had no impact on how the truck runs. a 30sec google search will tell you otherwise. When i got there the truck was all polished and shined up to the high heavens, so when i got there i focused on the front end of the truck as thats where the initial damage was, as per the carfax, and pictures they sent me. When I finally got the truck home, after 16 hours I was able to hand wash the truck a couple days later and noticed for a $75000 truck it didnt shine the way it should have. Especially for being "perfect". So i took it to a body shop. I was hoping the shop would tell me it was maybe a quick buff job or something, that was not the case. The body shop pointed out numerous "imperfections". 1. there was no radiator mounts put back in he front, so the radiator would wobble back and forth about 2in of play, if not more. 2. drivers side headlight accent lights dont shut off as the headlight was probably damaged and cobbed back together 3. both driver side doors are horribly redone. Now the Recar salesman says they didn't touch the side of the truck just the front, but for such a nice truck their body guys or personnel should have easily caught it. 4. the dash was peeling around the front speakers and now needs to be totally redone which was estimated to be a $1000-$2000 job. 5. the body panels that were repaired, the pearl in the paint doesnt match the pearl in the rest of the body panels 6. I was told numerous times through the whole process "how many vehicles we sell to NY a month" but when it came time to legalize the truck in my state, it was obvious they had no clue about the process as it cost me over ANOTHER $350 just for basic salvage inspections. paperwork and things. I was then told I would be reimbursed, and of course as you can probably guess I never was. When I called the salesman to notify him of all these issues, he basically told me that they weren't concerned as the $60k truck I bought was sold "as is". Weird how I was told it was perfect then, but now am told F me. I sent them pictures and videos of everything to which he didn't care 1 bit. although he did say get an estimate for the radiator supports and Recar would send a check, but if i can get a check for the $350, what makes anyone think ill get one for the mechanical work. I'm not holding my breath. hopes this helps anyone looking at a vehicle from this business. really wish I could've had a better experience as I usually replace my vehicles every few years and it would be nice to find a dealership that stands for what they promise and isn't just like all the rest.

Purchased a rebuildt2016 Dodge Charger Hellcat with 14k miles. Put down a $500 deposit to hold the car until my son and I could drive up and check it out (a 475 mile trip). On the drive, the dealer disclosed the horn was not working (and would obviously be fixed), and, more disconcerting, a supercharger bearing was out (this was a known problem with this model year). Dealer offered to replace the supercharger with a 2018 model year with similar mileage at no cost to us, but it would take a week. As the car was driveable, we continued our trip to do an initial inspection. It passed, in consideration of the supercharger replacement. Now, unless one knows what to listen for, a buyer would be clueless unless they took the car for a serious test drive, so the disclosure was welcome. Our $500 deposit was good for a week after the repair was completed, and we returned once we were so advised (about two weeks after our initial visit). At our second visit, ReCar was nice enough to put the car up on a lift (again) so the mechanic we brought with us could examine the car. No issues. (We were looking for frame damage as this was a rebuild.) A final test drive, and I handed over the balance of the purchase price, we concluded the paperwork, and left with the car. My son and his mechanic friend reported the car performed flawlessly on the trip back. (I drove his car back.) If you buy a rebuild do your due diligence, but you can save a bundle. We have found ReCar to be nothing but open and transparent, and would recommend them without hesitation.

1000.00 Deposit SCAM Artist
Absolutely the worst place to do business with. Gave a 1000.00 deposit on a car was told it was a clean title. Showed them proof it was not. And he said he did nothing wrong and was going to keep the deposit. Now can you Imagine what it would be like to deal with them after a purchase. If you have to keep 1000.00 deposits to live that is CRAZY. Now I will need to go to court to waste both of our time. I would not recommend using this place for anything.
