Their sales team is just there to make money not make

Their sales team is just there to make money not make long lasting customers. I have knowledge of how dealerships operate my cousin owned one years back. From The overpriced warranty to $900 document fee and that doesn't include the $300 registration fee. The warranty they quoted was for $3000 and included nothing. When I called back they offered me a wrap around warranty for a $3300 and I got the same thing for my current Subaru which only cost me $2000.

Went to this Rt.

Went to this Rt. 17 to purchase an advertise used vehicle on the Internet and as I now see from other reviews, they again started with the ads on fees. The vehicle was not certified, but they stated they would NOT sell it without certifying it at an up charge of some $4000.00. In addition to this the Doc fee was about $900.00 with a DMV fee of another $300.00. This Dealership is not the place for honest pricing. The offer they presented for purchasing the vehicle was about $10,000.00 over the Internet pricing. Talk about bate and switch, we walked out never to return. NJ needs to regulate dealer pricing.

Andrew in sales, the service team, and customer service

Andrew in sales, the service team, and customer service desk were awesome, very pleasant to deal with and listened to my concerns and questions, no matter how small. They cleaned up the upholstery spots I noted, replaced my cabin air filter, even got me brand new tires when the ride was shaky during the test drive. Fast service, very responsive to communication, knowledgeable, glad for their help. My only reason for going 4 stars instead of 5 was having no choice in choosing to include the power train and tire warranties, but that wasn't Andrew's fault. Online price was listed as a little over $16k for the Honda Civic I ultimately bought, it was going to be an additional few thousand for "mandatory" warranties I didn't actually want. I was able to get the price reduced on those, but not wholly eliminated as I wanted. Online listed prices for cars on a dealer's own website should be what the buyer should reasonably expect to pay, even with taxes and fees, maybe with a slight differential, not multiple thousands more for items that should be entirely optional. Find Andrew if you need a car, he's your guy for great help and a personal, attentive touch. Highly recommend him!

Sally is one of the best sales person to lease a car

Sally is one of the best sales person to lease a car from. She is very patience to understanding the deal we want. She is a very honest employee and knows what is best vehicle for her customers. I finally get to lease a Sentra that is fully loaded at a descent deal. I will recommend her to other people.
