My English isn’t perfect, but that wasn’t a problem.

My English isn’t perfect, but that wasn’t a problem. Someone on staff spoke Spanish and walked me through everything — insurance, registration, the car details. I felt comfortable the whole time. I left with a Lexus GX and a big smile. Gracias, seriously.

I know my way around cars.

I know my way around cars. I don’t need someone telling me what a V6 is like it’s breaking news. These guys respected that. I told them what I was after, they got it, no fluff, no fake urgency. Just clean, honest info.

We were helping my younger brother buy his first car.

We were helping my younger brother buy his first car. He’s shy and never knows what to say — mostly just shrugs. The manager Jim sat with him, went through all the options, explained features, and broke down what actually matters. No pressure, just honest guidance. He left with an Acura NSX, grinning ear to ear.

This was my first car and I was so nervous I’d get taken

This was my first car and I was so nervous I’d get taken advantage of. But they walked me through financing, helped figure out monthly payments, and even helped find lower insurance. I ended up with a Mercedes that was in great shape. Felt supported the whole way.
