There was a small issue with paperwork.

There was a small issue with paperwork. They promised one package, but I ended up paying extra for added options. Not critical, but unpleasant. The car itself is great. 2019 Mazda CX-5 in excellent condition.

Everything went smoothly, but I wanted a bit more

Everything went smoothly, but I wanted a bit more transparency regarding insurance. I asked twice, the manager said “it’s included,” but later it turned out one option was separate. Small amount, but still left a slight aftertaste.

I didn’t plan to buy here.

I didn’t plan to buy here. But everything fell into place. Somewhere else the inspection felt weird, in another place the pressure was too much… Here - just normal contact. No show. And that’s what won me over.
