The price advertised is not the price of the vehicle.

The price advertised is not the price of the vehicle. They add $5000 to the price and then try to add Lojack on top of that. They would not explain what the extra $5000 was for. The advertised price online is the "Starting" price. I negotiated to what I thought was a decent price, which I was later informed that included my trade, after them specifically stating that the trade in was "taken out" of that price. They wanted me to pay $4000 more than we agreed upon. I walked out. Do not waste your time.

Went in and they (Eric, Lou and Scott) delivered. Was able to purchase the 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Love the vehicle. Thanks guys!

What a nightmare!!

My husband and I had the absolute worst experiences we have ever experienced in a dealership. Long story short we literally spend the week going back to the dealer as directed by the sealer. The first day we spent 3 hours just talking about the car, trying it out and talking about the cost. Then one of the top bosses gave us a quote that made no sense because it was 13k more than the original cost. Even after that my husband was still considering the car because he really liked it so we decided to go the next day. Well the next day we go and supposedly the guy was on vacation so someone else was trying to help us and said that the contract that was given to us was never saved into the computer so we had to come back the next day. WELL we went back the next day and they had us waiting after 3 more hours again !!!!!! and now another manager try telling us that original interest that was given to us was incorrect and that now the interest was more. They told us to put the deposite and they will try to fix everything by the next day. We went one more time and another person said that no they can’t change the interest rate that the amount is 50 dollars more per payment than the already overprice they gave us. We got so tired that we just asked for our deposit back and even that was a mission. We literally spent about 8 hours plus in that place for nothing. A complete waste of time. They do not respect customers time at all. I would never go back and I absolutely do not recommend this horrible place. Some of them employees (not all) were super rude and disrespectful.

AVOID!! Read the reviews. Bad guys, bogus pricing.

Listed price is not the price. They tack on thousands in sketchy fees and claim others do the same. Others don't operate like these guys. Don't waste your time with shady car dealers. These are the guys that give used car salesmen a bad name.

Stop don’t go

Went and did a trade in and got the truck I wanted but not at the price I wanted to could not change or take the truck back next day becuase did not want it no more could not add a co-signer and then in less then 30 days I am putting the trunk on a flat bed to get it fixed they sold me a lemon smh I would not recommend anyone going there for a far price

The sales person Aaron was incredibly rude.

The sales person Aaron was incredibly rude. He passed me on to multiple salesman! The manager came out and refuse to give me numbers on the trade in value! I’ve been in the automotive business for 10 years. I would highly recommend not even coming to this dealership unless you want to be treated very poorly. I was highly disappointed in their sales process and they made it obvious they don’t wanna give you the information to help you make an intelligent decision when purchasing. Plain and simple they are rude, and do not need to be in business. After I left the dealership, the manager called me, was very rude, raised his voice and yelled at me. He is incredibly rude and unprofessional, and should not be dealing with people on a day-to-day basis. The ownership here needs to find new management and new people to help customers that understand the way the world works now all the information online just print up numbers and serve them and let the customer make a decision. The manager called me right after I left and yelled and raised his voice in a very unprofessional manner! He shouldn’t be in management and is not the type of person I would recommend running my business! Guy in blue tshirt shouldn’t call and scream at people VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I found myself interested in a car on their lot after

I found myself interested in a car on their lot after seeing a price drop online. I contacted the dealership and had an exchange with a salesman over text while at work. He told me an out the door price which was the "Online price" + documentation fee, tax, title and insurance. I set up an appointment to see the vehicle next day. Arrived at the dealership, found the car on the lot and a salesman came to speak with me. I quickly got him up to speed and asked if we could discuss the price with a manager to get a deal done. I was open to paying cash or financing the entire price. After a 10 minute conversation with a manager they refused to give me w price out the door. Very very odd. I mentioned l was going to look at a few other vehicles that day. This was #1 on the list and wanted a written agreed upon price out the door. I asked about additional fees and referenced the conversation via text with a salesman. Thr manager refused to give me a price and then told me to come back if l was serious and wanted the car. I walked out confused and spoke to the salesman who said he would speak to a different manager and get me a price. Hours later he finally did reach back out. I calculated a theoretical out the door price based on their website and fees. But realistically l figured they might add a little fee here or there I may be able to negotiate away. He fired me off two numbers cash and financed. They were more than 1000$ apart. The cash price was more than 6,xxx$ over the calculated out the door price based on their listed website and financed was 5,xxx$ I laughed and spoke to the salesman saying well, we wasted our time here. Now they wont stop calling, using different numbers leaving messages. So not only are they deceitful, they're strange, sneaky and now quite annoying. Stay away..

David Walters was very unresponsive and unhelpful. After our original conversation about a vehicle I was interested in, I reached back out to him multiple times trying to get answers to a couple follow up questions. I received no response but continued to receive solicitation emails. I even responded to his solicitation emails and again, no response.

SNL Skit

Wow. This place was like out of a “Used Car Dealership” SNL skit. They advertised a price online and by the time I sat down to buy it was $10,000 higher. They added fees that I have never heard of and I have been buying used cars for over 25 years. The combination of disappointment and utter shock that this was actually happening was mind blowing. I am a person that goes to a restaurant, orders a filet, gets a piece of chicken, and doesn’t leave a negative review. However in this case I had to take the time to write something. Please if you read this, do not buy from these people. Go anywhere else than here. The absolute worst.
