Write a reviewI dropped my car off on January 31 for minor collision repair and was told about a week and a half. I called on February 12 and was told the body work was done but they were waiting on a sensor which was coming in on February 16. I called twice on February 18 left two messages and a text message (no response). I called again on February 19 and was told it was going to Hyundai that day at 1:00 to get the sensor. After not hearing anything I went down there on February 21 was told again they were waiting on a sensor and that Jonathan the manager was busy out back and couldn’t talk to me. My insurance adjuster called on February 25 and was told they were waiting on a sensor and that they would call me. Again no call back. I texted them on March fourth and got a long apologetic text. But again no call back. I called them again on March 5 and was told it was finally ready. I also had about 500 extra miles on my odometer. So in conclusion they had my car for 5 weeks for a maximum two week job and every attempt at communication was initiated by me with zero response. I was lied to repeatedly. I no nothing about the car sales department but stay away from the body shop.

I purchased a 2020 Equinox. Ryan was so great and made me feel so at ease. I had been looking for a SUV for what seems like forever and boy did I come to the right place! From the minute I walked in I was welcomed and there was no pressure like at other places I had been. The buying process was so easy it literally took 30 min! They took care of everything. When Ryan called to tell me my car was ready I let him know I did not have a ride to get my new car. Not wanting me to wait he arranged for my car to be delivered to me 30 minutes away free of charge! It truly meant the world to me! Great friendly customer service! Gesner auto had put our car starter in on our vehicle, and a year later we tried to get an inspection sticker finding out unfortunately we could not because the way they put the starter in had altered important plugs and inspection place would not give it to us.....3 weeks later my wife's car would not start at all, and the steering wheel and brakes had locked up completely. thank god while she was not driving with our daughter as well...after trying every possible scenario we had to take her car to toyota, where they had deamed this issue being the remote starter that was put in and they had to remove it. We called the owner Andy to try and see if he would do right by his business and reimburse us the money we had to pay to fix my wife's car due to the horrible way they tried to put in this remote start..he would not help us at all and took no responsibility for what his workers had done with how awful they did with the wiring on this remote start...I gave him every opportunity to make this right seeing as how my wife and I had lost time from work...payed for towing as well as service that we should not have had to pay for to remove the faulty wiring for the remote start on my wife's car...the only thing he tried to do for us was to give us a credit at his shop...we will never want them to touch this vehicle again after how bad they messed up the car and how dangerous of a situation this could have been for my family. I hope other people realize how much of a bad business person this individual is and my friends and family will no longer do business with this man
