This is our second purchase from Ray Catena Land Rover

This is our second purchase from Ray Catena Land Rover Marlboro. We would like to praise our salesman, Mike Galle, who went above and beyond finding the exact car we were looking for. He was extremely genuine, while making the entire process quick and painless. We would also like to thank the General Manager, Dan Cottrell for his involvement in our purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership.

This dealership replaced the front and rear brake pads

This dealership replaced the front and rear brake pads and calipers to aftermarket parts when I had them service the vehicle for a minor issue(replacing my windshield wiper blades). They changed these original prestine parts without my authorization and knowledge, I noticed the change when I was checking my tires and then took the car to another dealer who informed me the parts were changed to aftermarket parts. This situation is a disgrace, I worked so hard to purchase this vehicle and I was deceived by a Range Rover dealership , who when contacted denied that there was no wrongdoing, there response was, “we don’t know where your car has been!” The only place I ever serviced this car was Marlboro Land Rover. I also contacted the corporate headquarters and waiting for a response.

Our salesman Mike Galle was very professional and courteous in helping us find the right vehicle. He was also very knowledgeable when we had questions about the vehicles. Also, whenever I needed help with my new vehicle or any additional questions, he was always there to offer help or answer my questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new car.

I normally don’t write reviews, but most reviews I read are complaints. I thought I would write a positive review of my experience and purchasing my range rover. Both Lewis and Dan were top notch. Highly recommended. it was a seamless process from pre-ordering my vehicle to delivery. I highly recommend both and this dealership. This is a class act.
