Purchased a Chrysler town and country (paid in full cash) on 10/16/2019 Upon driving home I started to smell coolant badly. I stopped and looked underneath the vehicle and saw that it had lost all of its coolant. I immediately called the office and they did take the van into to be fixed the next day. However, there is a very big lack of communication here. Regardless of how many times you call don’t expect a call back. And it’s almost always guaranteed that if your calling with an issue they will always be “busy” with a customer. As of today 11/17/2019 almost exactly one month from date of purchase the transmission is blown. They have no remorse or care. They got their money and that’s all that matters. I was simply told that I bought the car “As Is No warranty”. From the looks of most of the reviews these people do this quite often. Moral of the story is unless you have 9000 to throw in the trash then TAKE YOUR TIME AND MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE! This car lot should be shut down for they are complete scam artists.
