Great people to deal with.

Great people to deal with. They explain the buying process all the way. They answer most of your questions before you ask them. They are very responsive, efficient, and friendly.

My salesperson has been terrific and very patient.

My salesperson has been terrific and very patient. I was somewhat dismayed to not have been told that the car had 3,200 miles on it. It did not come up until I met with the finance person. She rather brushed it off saying that it had only been driven by the sales manager's wife....like that doesn't count? After I questioned her on this, she got the authority from the sales manager to take off $6 a month off my monthly payment. The car had not been titled so I guess the quote I had from Eloy was for a car that had 5 miles on it???? This was very disturbing to me. I did meet with the general manager later on who explained it to me. This should have been pointed out when I was looking and interested in this car. My overall experience was very good, I have 5 friends who drive Cadillacs from Massey and they have been pleased so that was very helpful in my decision to switch to a Cadillac.

I had an excellent experience at Massey Cadillac when purchasing a 2025 CT5. I was treated honestly and professionally by the staff and sales managers. It was a delight compared to other dealership’s. I love my new Cadillac!

The salesman lied about the car having two keys or more

The salesman lied about the car having two keys or more only received one. they would not give me a temporary tag, they said I had to buy a new one for $460.00 when I could have transferred my tag that I just bought In March of this year. Talked to the used car manager about sending me the paper work on the sale, Finally received them after two and a half weeks,also he said he would take care of getting me the temporary tags, that conversation , was recorded and there absolutely no communication.

Very Professional, took as much time needed to make me

Very Professional, took as much time needed to make me really want to buy a car. Explained everything very clearly. I would buy cars from Dan at Massey Cadillac North many more times. I have called him a few times with questions and he has always taken the time to answer all of them. Never Blew me off like some people do.
