Lisa Affouri has to be the world's best sales rep.

Lisa Affouri has to be the world's best sales rep. I was in and out in 90 minutes with an unbelievable deal. It was the simplest and most pain-free auto purchase in my life, and I'm 75 years old. I will add that Matthew, in Finance, was quick and clear on all my questions and very easy to deal with. I have already told a few folks how great you are and will continue to recommend Tom Roush Lincoln. 5 Stars Plus!!!

Service department and front desk concierge service is

Service department and front desk concierge service is great. Walker in the service department and the service manager Justin are extremely helpful and very respectful! They and the service technician took an extremely difficult situation and made the entire process smooth and pleasant. They took very good care of us and we will definitely continue taking our Lincoln Navigator back to them. No other dealership comes close to the service and dedication that Tom Roush Lincoln delivers! Truly the best!

Today, Matthew, my salesman told me that he was going to

Today, Matthew, my salesman told me that he was going to give me all weather mats for my vehicle. I had original plan to get the mats and something changed and Matthew stepped in for me today! Experience with them has been nothing, but the best! I have a great feeling that this will continue in the future.

Service was terrible.

Service was terrible. Interested in purchasing a 2021 navigator…no returned calls from sales person or management after 3 days. Worst service I’ve ever received by a Brand Name dealership. Take your business to a Lincoln dealer that will truly care.

We just had our first deal with Tom Roush Lincoln. Allen Wiilitzer was the person we dealt with. He is a true treasure! He took such good care of us and made the process so effortless for us. He was very knowledgeable, and anytime we asked him about something or needed something from us, he was on proto! Also, he delivered our car to our home!!! Thank you Allen & if any prospective customers are reading this review, give Allen Willitzer a call. He’s the best!!!’

At first I was pretty happy with my salesman, David, as

At first I was pretty happy with my salesman, David, as he was very knowledgeable with the vehicle and attentive to everything we needed. The Sales Manger was slightly insulting when he acted as I didn’t know anything about vehicles. The Finance Manager was wonderful, he funny, sincere and to the point. He got out there as fast as he could. Now, 2 days after we purchased the vehicle, we had a very obnoxious noise coming from under the steering wheel after starting it. It sounded like a winding electric motor that wouldn’t stop. First I do want to make sure I let you know that I did but it as is. I thought I was safe with dealing with a big name dealership. After a couple days of calling my salesman, he set me up with their service department. Their first attempt to schedule service for me was 6 weeks out. I advise them that I didn’t just buy a vehicle from them to let it sit somewhere for 6 weeks. After looking a little harder they told me I could drop it there and they would get to in about a week. A day before they were suppose to work on it, I had a representative call me to give me an update. At that time I was impressed with their professionalism. They did tell me that the could not get it to replicate the noise that they heard on the video I sent them. They told me they would try the next day to see if they could get it to do it when it was first thing in the morning. That was about a week and half ago. I’ve call 3 days in a row now. Left messages with multiple people and have not received a call back. They have definitely lost my respect. I tried give constructive criticism here in efforts to help them improve on their service they are providing. Amendment: I had a GM (Andy) contact me first thing this morning. He did take measures to dive into this and help me resolve the issues I was having. As a business owner myself, I understand that we can not control every situation to result in the initial outcome we want. However, the efforts he put forth to resolve this were greatly appreciated and as I would do myself. Thank you!

Alan found the right car for me.

Alan found the right car for me. He listened to what was important and kept my budget in mind. He picked me up on delivery day and was very informative about how the new car worked. He was very helpful in getting the car certified and a good interest rate for the loan. It was a pleasure working with such a professional!
