    I live in Northern California and found a truck on line at Gregg Young Buick GMC and flew to Des Moines to pick it up. It was exactly what I have holed... it would be and the salesmen who worked with me were great. Thank you Mike for helping the deal through the management. And thank you Boomer for your work . I really appreciated Boomer telling me that if I had any concerns to personally call him and he would carry it through. In addition, I was impressed that they treated me as a local even though I was purchasing from out of state and would probably never work with them again. However if I am once again in the market to by a GMC or Buick, I would not hesitate to call them...even from California. You can trust them to pay attention to you...even after the deal is negotiated. They are good, hard-working folks. You can definitely trust them to do what they say they will do...which is rare in this day and age.

    Amazing service!!!! Just bought a 2018 Sierra could not be happier. Sean was amazing to talk to and get everything ready to go on one of the worst days... of winter! Mike was awesome as well and was great to get a tour of the facility and my truck from him. Boomer did a great job getting through the paperwork so I could get on the road and it was great talking sports cars and gm muscle with him!!! Best buying experience of my life and highly recommend Gregg Young of Indianola!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Bought a car from this dealership, would not recommend. The salesperson was great, but it all went downhill after that. The finance department didn't know... how to close out the deal and could only give me a purchase summary. It made for a huge hassle while trying to finance through my bank. He finally admitted he didn't know how to close the deal, but when I went back in to pickup the car he blamed it on the banker. This resulted in me overpaying because they didn't give the bank the correct amount. I needed a refund and it took well over a month and plenty of my time to get. As we continually got closer to the expiration of my paper plates (4 days before expiration), we had an issue again. I had already called 4 times about the refund and the status of my plates/registration only to be told, "I'll handle it." I called the county treasurer and found out that the registration paperwork had been returned to the dealership because it hadn't been filled out properly. When I tried to get a hold of the people responsible I was told they had moved to the Norwalk location. After calling the Norwalk location I found out the paperwork was sitting at the Indianola office and they didn't forward it on to the appropriate people. The Norwalk team took care of me, went down and waited for my plates, as well as issued me the refund I needed. I give great praise to the Norwalk location for handling this professionally and efficiently. I would say that the Indianola location has a lot of work to do in order to better serve their customers.
