This exact vehicle was on their Camelback lot for under $40,000. This is the second dealer I've seem do this. Untrustworthy at best. They will either ignore... your reference to this fact or claim it wasn't the same car. Bull.

Do Not use this dealership it is a waste of your time . I had I check sent to them from my lender overnight . they never acknowledge receiving it and sold... the car from under me . I had to go back and get my check they were totally indifferent to this , didnt even care or apoligize for it . Terrible communication and very unprofessional , during test drive the salesman talked crap about the other saleman . Not good people , dishonest . do yourself a favor and buy esleware You been warned

My son went there to purchase a used vehicle. What a negative experience for a first time buyer. After seeing a great deal on a Toyota 4Runner, I went... and took a look. I drove it, gave the saleswoman some information and left. I came back later on that evening, put down $3k to take the vehicle for 48 hours. Apparently there was another person who was also extremely interested in this vehicle who showed up during this time and was not too pleased that a deal was being worked on it. I continued the process to find out about financing. During this time I was told by the Finance Manager that my bank would NOT qualify me. He gave me some absurd rates but I had 48 hours to figure out what I was going to do. The next day I contacted my bank as well as a credit union. Surprise! I was qualified for a much lower rate than Bill Luke was offering me. And they told me that they had qualified me with the finance manager as they had it in their paperwork. I had papers with a price out the door of just over $36K with everything included. No one had mentioned to me at this point that I would be charged an additional amount if I didn't finance through Bill Luke. I again went back to the dealership. I had a few questions on the vehicle. First the inside of the wheel wells had quite a bit of rust for a 2018 vehicle with only 22K on it. I addressed that and asked if they could be cleaned; answer "NO". I asked if the car could be detailed; answer "NO". So I left with the vehicle to see if I was actually going to buy it. I decided I did want the vehicle but wanted to finance through my bank. I signed for my loan at the bank and got my check. I went back to the dealership with checkbook and finance check in hand. Again I asked about having the few little things done. Another one was paint chipping off the front emblem. I was told they had painted the rear one themselves. So I really wanted the front one fixed. Answer was "NO". I asked again about a detail; answer again "NO". I also asked about a full tank of gas; answer was "NO". I too was a victim of the additional fee for not using their financing. I had no idea of this fee. And being a young man purchasing my first vehicle with financing I had everything set for the price I had on the jump drive they had given me. The final price was approximately $800 over what we had originally agreed on and they weren't going to do any of the items that I had asked about. Honestly we were probably talking about $300 at the most. So after much frustration I just decided to walk out. Bill Luke lost my trust completely. The sales manager was rude, and the finance manager was dishonest. I even relayed the finance information to my bank manager who had stated that he had heard similar issues lately within his finance group. I would however like to praise the saleswoman; Kesha Rush. She was doing all she could do but her hands were tied. I agree completely with the other Yelp posts about "Bait and Switch" tactics. And its disappointing that they lost a sale because of their extra fees, awful customer service and dishonesty. I think they were banking on the other guy buying the vehicle. As well as trying to take advantage of a young adult.

Bill Luke Santan does not stand behind their customer referral program. I referred a good friend and his son there to purchase a car and they did last... week. Bill Luke refuse to say that I referred them there and that they have no record of them purchasing a car when my friend has a used Buick at work with their temp plate frame all over it. Do not send or purchase anyone to Bill Luke Santan.
Pei, We apologize you were misinformed. Bill Luke's referral program requires that you send a referral to your sales consultant prior to purchase with...in 90 days of buying a car from us. You were outside of the 90 day period and you never reached out to your sales consultant. I reached out to the dealership via online and within minutes received an email back from Kelvin. Set an Appt that day. He also let me know all the other... available cars that fit within my budget and made sure it had the features I was looking for. Kelvin was very friendly, helpful and made this whole process very smooth. I definitely recommend anyone who’s looking for a new car to head over to Bill Luke SanTan and request Kelvin to help with the new car experience!

What a great car buy experience! My husband and I worked with Abdul who was very professional, honest and did not hassle us at all. He made the experience... easy. We felt that we were treated fairly and did not have to spend an absurd amount of time at the dealership. Sean was our finance guy and he was also willing to work with us. We left very happy with our purchase and our experience! Would go back here and or recommend to family and friends!

We had the great pleasure of meeting Mr. Tony Sanders, and this was hands down the most awesome car buying experience I have ever had and I go through... cars every couple years. We were in the market for a first vehicle for my Son and he made the process so smooth that I might buy me another vehicle just cause.
