80,000 mile service

Jamie has been my service provider and he helped me get my windows retinted under warranty (when I didn’t realize they were under warranty) and do the 80,000 mile service in a very short period of time. He goes the extra mile and is very professional.

Service Appointment

This was a 10000 mile service appointment. Adam, my service advisor, was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. He got me out in the two hours he stated the service would take which I certainly appreciated. Lexus of Austin is tops!

Miss.

My service advisor Jamie is always polite and attentive, explaining issues that are found and and the reason repairs are needed and the pricing which is important. I’ve had many pleasant experiences at this location from purchasing to services.

Superb service experience

Wanting some accessories installed on our RX, Leo Ruiz offered good suggestions and direction for service. Parts arrived on time. Lexus of Austin was flexible on the work and scheduling. Thank you L of A team’

2020 Lexus

This is my fourth Lexus and I continue buying the Lexus at least to a significant degree because of the dealership . I was in and out in a little over one hour as promised.

My New Red RX350 Lexus

This is my very first Lexus. My sales person was Randy Hoff. He is excellent!!! I absolutely love my new RX350 in Matador Red!!! It is a beauty and drives like a dream!!! This car is truly a dream come true!!!

Hated to see the snack bar closed. That’s a pretty big draw for customers. Kyle Dern is always on top of his game. Missed seeing long time friend Joe Ward. I’m his longest term customer.🤙

Service Visit with Russell Berry

Professional and courteous service. Russell has been my service consultant for years and he is always helpful, personable and very informative. The other personnel I interacted with were also professional. In light of the Coronavirus, I found the check in and check out process very organized, thoughtful and respectful to ensure that we all had a safe experience.

Customer Service Center

Lexus Service Center was fast, clean and safe. Adam was great too as were all the personnel I had contact with. Highly recommend the North Austin dealership.
