Carlos is the best.

Carlos is the best. He makes sure my vehicle is ready when promised, and communicates any items that the technicians may have found. It's also the little things, like remembering my kids activities and having a conversation like we're old friends. A great experience when working with Carlos.

Just want to say that salesmen we had was great,Johnathan

Just want to say that salesmen we had was great,Johnathan went beyond what he needed to do.funny , personable knew what he was doing.liked him very much.on the other hand the service department SUCKS!.CARLOS does not call back.he is not at all professional.he seems like he needs help in his position..we were not impressed by Carlos at all.i give him a 0 for his services...go shop somewhere else..service is all about your experience. At this establishment there is NONE..very unhappy.
