Chris Walters and Drew Urbonavicius were exceptional. I bought a Chevy Blazer EV and their after sales service has been fantastic. Any and all questions and or concerns have been sorted very quickly and they continue to provide white glove service each and every time I call. I would highly recommend this dealership for your next vehicle purchase.

Ricco provided me with exceptional service.

Ricco provided me with exceptional service. He worked with me to plan a service that was needed immediately and in the future. As a consultant, he demonstrated the right course of action by performing my alignment now, and holding off on the brake Servicing. We agreed to perform the brake work in the spring when I swap over my seasonal tires. I really appreciated his professionalism and expertise during my visit there and I highly recommend him.

The staff at this auto service center provided

The staff at this auto service center provided outstanding service. Even though my English is not very good, they were extremely patient and took the time to understand my needs. Their professionalism and kindness made the experience smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend them!

Just picked up my new Canyon AT4 drove from London.

Just picked up my new Canyon AT4 drove from London. Drove back in my new wheels. My whole experience was amazing with my salesmen Gary Wu and Finance Manager Nicole Yong. Could not have been any smoother they are like a well oiled machine. Cheers! Keep on Truckin.

DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL behavior in Wilson-Niblett

DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL behavior in Wilson-Niblett Motors – General Motors Service Department in Richmond Hill. Episode 1 - Spring 2024. Services were provided to my vehicle in Spring 2024 by the Service Adviser RICCO RODRIGUEZ, including: 1) Checking wheel alignment 2) Changing winter tires - According to Ricco wheel alignment was absolutely necessary and I’ve agreed. When I came to pick the car, Ricco had assured me that the alignment was done. When I asked for the chart of computer diagnostics of the alignment angles, he has assured me that it’s in the car, but it was nowhere to be found. When I’ve mentioned that, Ricco had to admit that that job was NOT done. - Wheel replacement: Wheel rotation / installation was wrong had to be redone. It was very upsetting, but I thought it was not typical, so I’ve decided not to write a review. Unfortunately, I was wrong. Episode 2 - November 2024. This November I needed more services from Wilson-Niblett Motors – General Motors Richmond Hill Service Department, such as: 1) Replace summer tires; 2) Figure out what’s causing the noise in the rear of the car. - I’ve asked about the total price for changing tires and was told $85 +tax I was billed $10 more, as Ricco added “gloves, acetylene, cleaner”, though he had never mentioned that customers pay extra for worker’s gloves and for the solvent. At the same time Ricco didn't even set the correct tire pressure! - As for the noise diagnostics: Ricco had never mentioned the price for this service, he just added another $95 to the bill. However, I doubt Ricco’s conclusion that the steering column is the source of the noise, as the noise is clearly coming from the back or from the center of the car. That’s why I can find only 2 words to describe Ricco’s performance: DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL

6 hours ago New I went there to do a safety standard investigation. A man named Ricco quoted me $2489 to fix the "issues" they pointed. I was shocked. My Honda Civic was only of 80 km milage. Then I went to Honda Richmind Hill to do the same safety standard inspection. They only pointed one of my bulbs and gave me the certificate to let me pass. This Wilson Niblett thing is extremely greedy and misleading motivated. If you don't know much about cars, Be Cautious of their quotes, which would ruin your day or even month!

I recently purchased a 2024 Blazer from Wilson

I recently purchased a 2024 Blazer from Wilson Niblett,being from the Windsor area I shopped around at many GMC dealerships across Ontario. My salesman Lucas was very professional, friendly and very easy to deal with. Not only did I get the best price but I was treated with great service and respect. I also dealt with Jeff( Manager) and Nicole(Finance)with professional and caring service ,which made the drive to Richmond Hill from Windsor well worth the drive for a great deal. Highly recommend anyone dealing a vehicle to go to Wilson Niblett .

For over 20 years I was a customer.

For over 20 years I was a customer. Tried to reach out to service manager in all ways about a warranty for about 6 months now and he is ignoring me. Krystina was the only one who was helpful but still didn’t get anywhere. Looks like they get you to purchase a warranty and then they don’t honour it.

Just received my 2024 Z06. Ian was top notch to deal with. Excellent communication and very helpful regarding the order process especially the options part. He knows what looks good. Highly recommend him
