Awesome Treatment

They schedule a meeting and a test drive a 12 pm on the 31st of July . They do not open till 1 why schedule appointment early tan you open . That just poor customer service. Stay away from this dealership.

Best trade experience ever!!!

Totally worth the 2 hour drive to Honda of Newnan. Dylan was wonderful and so knowledgeable. Totally sold us on the AWD option for our new Pilot. Uri was so incredibly patient. He responded to each of my emails, answering all of my questions. Signing the final papers in finance couldn’t have gone any smoother. A shout out to Rob!! After shopping for almost 6 months, we couldn’t be happier with the entire leasing process at Honda of Newnan and with our new Pilot. The facility is modern, clean and very welcoming. Thank you all so much!!! ❤️ Honda of Newnan is truly a shinning star in the Hendricks Automotive Group

My purchase was easy.

We bought our Honda Pilot yesterday. Peggy helped us with the test drive and was nice. When I needed to sign all the forms, Rob, my finance guy made signing all the papers enjoyable. He was just really nice and made me laugh.

AWFUL

Honda of Newnan in Newnan, Georgia is an AWFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL dealership. I traveled over an hour after texting with someone via internet (supposedly someone from their dealership) trying to confirm that a vehicle was available. I was told that it was in their Duluth, GA dealership but that it could be transferred. They sent me a quote on my trade in, so I drove there to try to buy a car and trade my 4Runner. When I got there (I set an appt up online) they looked at me like I was crazy. Nobody had any idea of my appt. That was the first red flag. Secondly, they had no cars available and told me they could not get a vehicle from the other dealership because they had nothing to give them for it. They tried to sell me a used car after I said multiple times that I wanted a new one. They finally gave me the option to put 500.00 down on a Honda Accord that was coming in in 2-3 weeks. I did all paperwork and was told the deal was done, and that financing would be done when I picked up the car, and we even agreed on a trade amount. I left the dealership and drove home. The VERY next day, Peggy Perez text me and said they let someone else put a deposit down on the car I reserved (because I didn't fill out a financing form) even though I was told at the dealership that financing would be done later. They had already taken my credit card information. I replied and asked what we could do to order another, and never got a response from Peggy Perez, or a guy named Jose that had emailed me the paperwork. No apology, no confirmation that they removed my credit card number or anything. I even had paperwork with the vin number of the car on it. I just felt as though my time and money was wasted. I wasted gas and mileage on my car. I was also told by whoever was texting from the dealership that I would receive a 25.00 gift card for coming even if I didn't buy anything. That also did not happen. I was ALSO told at the dealership that they had no idea who had been texting me giving me that information. That it must have been a 3rd party. That is absolutely ridiculous that I was pretty much baited with lies to get to the dealership. I even missed time from work to come and make this deal that ultimately fell through. I am mostly upset because this is just an unacceptable way to deal with customers. I was lied to. I still to this day have never gotten any response from anyone at the dealership after they told me that they sold the car I reserved. I hope that this can prevent this from happening to someone else in the future. Thank you for your time and consideration.
