I had a 10 am appointment for oil change and tire rotation,also wanted them to check out vibrations on the right front. Called back at 2:30 pm to find out the status of the car. I was told it was just going in when I had a 10 am appointment.i finally went there at 5:00 pm and it was still not ready. After waiting there for 15 min I finally got the car backit but the milage in and the millage out was the same on the paper work so they never test drove the car to find the vibration. They just told me there was none but clearly there is .

Ryan did a great job of selling us two vehicles. He was responsive to our needs and budget. I especially liked his promptness to my time and scheduling an appointment.
