I reached out about the 2021 Nissan Senra SR listed at
I reached out about the 2021 Nissan Senra SR listed at 14,500 (vin 3n1ab8cv3my291967). When asked for an out the door price the selling price was listed as 16,549. Additional fees as they were listed with no explanation: reconditioning 986.35; taxable fees 298; doc fee 998; tax 1204.88; and non tax fees 425. The total out the door price would have been 20,461.23. This was a certified pre owned advertised for 14,500. The reconditioning fee should have been part of the advertised price. Idk why there are two separate tax fees nor do I know what the non-tax fee covers. I have a tag and this was to be a cash sale. They refused to go below 19,500. They refused to even honor the online advertised price of 14,500.

Never let Nissan of Brandon service your car!
Never let Nissan of Brandon service your car!!! They had it from the end of Feb until two days ago! They told me I needed my engine replaced when it was clearly leaking transmission fluid. I trusted them and let them do what needed to be done. Three weeks later I picked it up and four hours later my transmission completely blew. The car went back to them and surprised surprise I needed a transmission. The transmission was replaced, but a bad transmission was put into it so then we had to get another transmission and replace the one they already put in. I was told that they were very busy and they cannot get to my car so I needed to wait for them to work on it which I did. February March April May I finally got my car back. Unfortunately my car is now infested with roaches. I’m not talking one or two roaches. I am talking. The whole thing is covered in hundreds of them. I am going to have to spend hundreds of dollars to rectify this. I 10 out of 10 do not recommend Nissan of Brandon. Worst part is I’m a home health nurse and I worked out of my car. I’ve dealt with enough and this is the last thing that I should have to be dealing with after waiting so long to have my car back. #defeated.

A vehicle is your second biggest purchase you will make
A vehicle is your second biggest purchase you will make during your lifetime. Do not make the mistake of purchasing one here, like I did. Take the make and model of whatever car you are interested in, and go somewhere else. This dealer uses very deceptive and predatory practices to make their commission check. They are the reason why people are so scared to buy cars nowadays. After a very disappointing, regretful purchase, I asked Juan Gomez (finance manager) for a refund. He declined. I contacted the sales manager Jose, and after what I thought was a good talk, they agreed to return the vehicle and give me my trade back. Which I have proof of. Unfortunately, Juan instead took my social security card (he said he needed it to process the return, which I also have proof of), went behind my back, applied with other lenders without my knowledge, and funded the deal. When I questioned Jose the manager about it, he said ‘we would never do that to you’. When I contacted the credit union, they in fact did. Obviously I was upset about this, in my messages with Juan, I told him that was not right. He threatened that he will not pay off my trade in. Since then, I have had been able to get in contact with any manager, GM or owner. Please do not make the mistake I made and purchase a vehicle here. There are so many dealerships that value transparency, customer satisfaction, and will never use your personal information against you.

Saw a used car at Brandon Nissan advertised on their
Saw a used car at Brandon Nissan advertised on their website. Called spoke to a sales person, asked about the price. Sales Person confirmed the price and availability. Made an appointment for the next day, arrived on time, sales person was ready and vehicle was ready. Test drove the car a 2020 Nissan Rogue and liked it. went back inside my sales person said she was going to get the numbers together. 10 minutes later the sales manager showed up and put down a piece of paper with an out the door price that was TWICE the amount listed on the website. I pulled up the website on my phone and showed it to him, he immediately was irritated and things went very bad from there. He said that that price was only good under the following conditions: 1) active or retired military, 2) trading a Nissan vehicle 3) financing with Nissan. I suggested we finance with Nissan, the response was this car is too old and Nissan will not finance..... MY response was then why did you put it on your website for that price if the only condition I could qualify for was unavailable due to age of vehicle? Sales manager got angry at this point and started talking very condescending to me and my family. He stood up and said that the website said restrictions apply to those prices. I asked why I was not informed over the telephone of these restrictions? I would not have wasted my time or theirs if I had been aware the out the door price was DOUBLE the advertised price. At this point the sales manager was so mad he could barely contain himself and was standing over the table with several onlookers both customers and employees. I stood up knowing this meeting was over and stepped a bit closer to the sales manager so that I did not raise my voice or let onlookers hear what I was going to say and told him I was very disappointed and that in my opinion this dealer was falsely advertising car prices as some sort of click bait to get people to come to the dealership so they have a good chance of ripping them off. I also told him I would be ashamed of doing this type of advertising, right is right and wrong is wrong. Sales manager very loudly responded for me to "get out of his face" and that they were not falsely advertising and he was not ashamed of anything. At this point there was quite an audience watching, so I simply walked out the door. I want to be clear the sales person was super nice and very professional zero issues with her and would give her 5 stars personally. I am 55 years old and have purchased many cars in my time. This is by far the very worst experience I have ever had at any dealer anywhere. I can live with a difference of opinion on how to run and manage a dealership, but to be treated that way I was treated by the sales manger is completely unacceptable. Moral of the story here is beware of Brandon Nissan, advertised prices are not the actual prices dealer fees and conditions apply. I personally will not set foot back in this dealership period! Leadership of this dealership needs to be fired!

I purchased a 2021 nissan altima from here.
I purchased a 2021 nissan altima from here. I was lied to about the oil change, the oil is low. My brakes are scrubbing and there is no coolant in the reservoir. I haven't even had the car 30 days.

I was forced to give them one star.
I was forced to give them one star. They advertised on here and on their website 22,950 for a frontier S. When I got there they claim it was a computer glitch but they tried to sell me another truck. They would not email me a buyers order. Do Not waste your time because they will not match the advertised price. BTW it was also a used truck not brand new like they stated.

BUYER BEWARE!
BUYER BEWARE!!RUN!!DO NOT STOP or EVEN BRAKE close there!! I spent 2 hours texting a salesmen's before coming there, trying to find my final price. Car was advertised as CPO certified. I got the total and it was ok with my budget. We came and had a test drive. Wanted to get it and suddenly they informed us that the price was only if I did financing. I was clear in my texts that I would pay with the check. Moreover, what was a surprise!! It was NOT A CERTIFEID car (I MADE a photo of the sticker with that car VIN number on it showed it was CERTIFIED). So, I considered that it was a BIG TIME misleading and waste of my time. No Sorry... Nothing! At least one Rude sale manager in that team. He should not work with Customers. AGAIN BEWARE and find another place to buy your car. Will contact BBB too!

Buyer Beware
Horrible experience. The salesman pursued us and then turned us over to Jacques, who negotiated with me over the phone, my husband wanted three things. A cover for the bed of the truck, hitch package and the bed liner sprayed. We can't park the truck at our condo without the cover. When my husband picked up the car they said they were out of them and they would call. Now, crickets. They said it wasn't part of the deal. I have purchased many cars and have never been lied to and treated so disrespectfully. Buyer beware is all I can say.

Don't go here! And don't buy a Nissan
I went yesterday to return my lease and Jonathan was AMAZING! Not only was he patient, he was quick and efficient in getting me the price I desired and getting me on the road in my new car. The manager was great as well and engaged me while I was waiting. From start to finish, the process was seamless and the people were kind. If you're looking for a new car, check out Brandon Nissan and ask for Jonathan! Edit: The service center isn't as great. I had a horrible experience. My car broke down 2 weeks after I bought it. It only had 300 miles. The car had to be towed to Nissan. They told me that loaner cars were first come, first served and they couldn't help me. After talking to the general manager, they were finally able to find a car for me. It was a hassle and beyond frustrating. The entire time my car was there, I never received an update on the problem or when I should expect to receive it back. The day after it was towed, they were suppose to tint the windows. I asked if they could just do it while the car was there and I was told that the car won't start, so they can't push it to the tinting bay. Now, I have to wait another 2 weeks to get it tinted because the independent contractor is off next week. I finally got a call after 3 days that the car was ready to be picked up. There's so many things that could have been done better. My next car will NOT be a Nissan. It's the customer service for me. Update: Here we are 5 months later and my A/C is going out. It's obvious this car is a lemon and Nissan won't do anything to rectify the issue. Do NOT buy a Nissan. They are crap cars and the customer service is lacking. Beyond that, the manager in the service center is beyond rude.

No HONOR! Untrustworthy dealership
Today I told my car back to them after picking it up Friday before I left to go outta town for my family reunion. I had just pay $1700 to get a thermostat and radiator put into my car. I didn’t inspect my car they brought me my key I drove off. Because I had to be at sarasota airport to pick up a rental van to transport family members to palm coast. Well Monday morning I went out side to detail the vehicles. I finish my fiancé rogue then went to detail my car when I noticed my headlight and bumper wasn’t connected.. At this time my neighbor was outside and he asked am I ok. I told him know. I told him the Nissan company jack up my car. I called them they were off cause it Labor Day.. So I waited till today thinking they would do the right thing and resolve my issue. Well I was wrong. I spoke with my service advisor when I got there I show her my car she took it to the dude with the ponytail. They drove my car out I spoke with the assistant manager who told me the manager told him there’s nothing they can do about it. I told them I have video off my car when I drop it off and my car wasn’t damaged. He walk off! I was about to leave then I thought about it. I went back and pull my phone out to record the conversation and situation. And the manager threatened to call the police on me several times on top that refused to do the right thing. And the district manager came out and said the exact same thing basically xxxx me and my car cause I did it!… Yes they did that. I have to photograph and the record conversations it not over. And they have taken down my review off there site!.. Yes but I will keep post it cause now I want my money back and I want my car fix!
