Bought a 2020 mustang convertible and absolutely love the

Bought a 2020 mustang convertible and absolutely love the car. We came from Florida to pick it up. Myron’s is 5 stars. Unfortunately the run starts with finance. Showed up check in hand and they had registration, license and insurance days before we picked up vehicle. I’m an ex finance guy and to wait 2 1/2 hours to give a check is just wrong. But now here we are 30 days later and no updated tag. Temp expires tomorrow and we have called a dozen times and promise after promise and still nothing. Weak finance department and horrible accounting department.

Good luck getting title from this dealership!

I purchased a 55k car in February 2023 to be delivered to California - purchased out of state due to incredibly low mileage. It was delivered with a battery that would not pass a load bearing test and had to be replaced in order to use some of the electronic features such as back hatch open (2020 FPace) which was an immediate 750$. It is now April 28th and I have yet to receive title despite sending in VIN verification and Smog check weeks ago. My temporary Georgia plates have expired and no one calls me back. Three car payments and still not registered in California as required by law (and GA law per their own contract). Everyone nice on phone but no one calls me back as stated with what is going on. Did they sell me a car with an unclean title or what? So frustrating!

Terrible Customer Service

Terrible post sale customer service. bought a $80k+ vehicle and no wheel lock key was in the vehicle. Asked for replacement and no follow up to inquires by sales, finance, or the GM

Worst Car Buying Experience Ever

I have given you every opportunity to supply me with my license plates, I'm on my second set of temporary plates which have now expired. It was Fraudulently claimed that the car had new brakes when I purchased it, thank the Lexus dealer across the Street for providing us with documentation and photographs stating that they were never replaced, in addition the key that was provided doesn't even go to the car.

Worse customer service

Worse customer service ever! I took my car to the Land Rover south Atlanta in April 2020 for an appointment. When I get my car back, it was missing a piece. The associate told me they were going to order and call me once they have it in store. By June, no one had called me back yet, and I had to take my car back to the dealership, since I had a yellow light on. I was told that it will be necessary wait from 3 to 7 days, but they didnt have any car to spare (they NEVER have). Since the light was just yellow, they told me they were going to call me IN COUPLE OF DAYS to schedule a spare car - THEY DIDN"T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE PIECE THEY HAD BROKE!!!!!! today, 07.15.2020 I still have not heard anything from Land rover. I talked to the manager once and he told me he was going to take care of it... hmmmm still waiting... Stay way from LAND ROVER SOUTH ATLANTA

My First Experience with Jaguar

I had a service appointment and dropped off my Jaguar that morning and needed a ride to work so an awesome service rep name Clyde assisted me with a shuttle ride. The shuttle driver’s name was Nygil and he made my commute very comfortable and also educated me along the way about the Range Rover we were riding in. I was dreading dropping off my car to be left without throughout the day however meeting those 2 people that morning....brightened my day!
