I test drove a used car and wanted to have it inspected, working with Stone and Brittany. The day before the inspection, they told me it was sold. A week later it was still on the website so I had a friend inquire and they told her that it was still available. Clearly, they were hiding something and didn't want me to have the car inspected. BE CAREFUL!!!

Great Service

Went in looking for a used CR-V. Ended up test driving and buying a 8 year old CR-V. After driving it off the lot, the battery died. I called them and they said they would cover the expense and just to send them the receipt for the battery replacement. Two months later, I turned on the AC for the first time, it didn't work. I called them about this and they scheduled me for a repair on the system, free of charge (which would have cost me almost $1,000). I couldn't have been happier with my experience with them. I'm not sure what happened to the other reviewer, but their customer service in my experience was great!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM ANY KEELER LOCATION

THEY SOLD ME AN OVERPRICED CAR WITH LOT ROT, 2 WATER LEAKS, BRAKES/ROTORS LIKE SWISS CHEESE, and A BAD ENGINE GASKET. 2 weeks after purchase and I raked up over $2000 in repairs. Currently my biggest regret in this life is that I purchased a car from Keeler. I overpaid on a vehicle that literally had 3 separate problems within a week after purchase. I brought it back to them, and they did nothing. Couldn't even confirm my issues. I brought it to Mohawk Honda, and bam, they fixed it. THEN I had another 2 issues, and Keeler straight up refused to fix one and was unable to fix the other. In fact, when I called them they told me to take it and get a second opinion. I did, and then brought it to my family member who is a mechanic for a third opinion. LOT ROT. They sold me a car with brakes like moldly bread due to sitting for so long. I could go on for an hour on this god awful experience, but PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. We have so many better dealerships literally on the same road as them. Even my warranty paperwork has my NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS, and MAILING ADDRESS all spelt wrong. I imagine if a company is in business they can spell things correctly; I am VERY wrong. I have now made it my mission in life to ensure no one I know ever goes here. Buy a craigslist car, buy a bike, get a razor scooter. DO NOT GO TO KEELER. Feel free to email me and I'll be happy to provide more details if you aren't dissuaded enough.
